I came into the store with only one family ahead of me. The agent services another lady and her child before me when I was next to be seen.
He SAW me come in with a family before that lady ever entered the store and just decided that my time is okay to be wasted.

Little to no line. Soon as you walk in, team greets you. Knowledgeable & the manager Christopher likes to pop into conversation to assist or reassure process going smoother. S/O to Nicholas every question we had he answered & pretty simple break down

Trying to purchase a phone to an existing Att plan.
Was told there are no phones available for me to purchase here in this store. This is a corporate store, and 2 other Att 3rd party stores were not able to help as well

Horrible… only because of the employee Daniel. Clearly does not know what he is doing and instead of asking for assistance or stopping to adjust and figure things out, just kept going pretending like he knows what he is doing. If you stop by here, avoid Daniel.

Went to this location in need of assistance. There wasn’t a manager present and the associates directed me to another location. Ended up going to suggested location and was unable to assist in any way and said to call 611. 611 offers no help either. It’s a viscous cycle of apathy and lack of costumer service.

They swapped my moms and my dads phone numbers and now my dad in in Omaha with no way to contact anybody or them to contact him and my moms number like is not a thing anymore because it goes straight to voicemail. I want compensation for this ridiculous bullshit

I tried to go here yesterday to upgrade two phones and Apple Watches. They either didn’t know their numbers or they were trying to take advantage of us. They will try to give you a “deal” but only give the numbers in what your monthly installment will be. They are hoping you won’t do you due diligence and know your math. Very disappointing. I have been a customer for over 10 years and I am headed to a different carrier today to hopefully change over my service.

Talked with someone very helpful over the phone. Came in the next day and that helpful dude over the phone was on lunch.
Got turned away from the guy that was there, told me that there was no way the other guy said those things to me on the phone trying to help me. Basically calling me a liar, all because he wants to be lazy. Maybe he didn't have lunch yet 😳🙄😒
I hope dude at lunch sees this.

Great customer service! Irman helped me First ,as well as the Manager Omar and they both were amazing! 10 out of 10 I would recommend this store for your cell phone needs and Knowledgeable Associates! Thank you for helping me replace my broken phone!

Had an excellent experience with Jake and Omar at this location. Jake provided excellent customer service - really patient, competent, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Jake was great at helping to provide and guide me through choices and also set up everything I needed. There was good stock in store so I was able to get everything in one visit. Omar was really competent and excellent helping me out as well. Would recommend this store and especially Jake and Omar. Thanks for all the help! Best, Aimee

On 6/7 a little after 7p; the sales reps in the store were Daniel and Omar (only issue with him he gave me wrong pricing for a 15GB plan is $35) especially when my ultimate goal was pricing, together with switching from a post plan to a prepaid for the first time; yet, my experience went smoothly, timeless, fun and friendly. Thank you.

Wow, what a horrible experience. That was possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The guy was rude, and not helpful at all. I ended up telling them not to worry about it and I’d go to another att store.

Walk in appointment at the Ray Rd & 48th St AT&T store due to phone display issues. Gentleman by the name of Joey assisted. Had me in out in 5 minutes. Phone display just fine now
