Mark was super helpful even though this was the first time he had heard of my issue. Very professional, and literally stayed beside me the whole time to make sure that if Asurions representative needed anything he could answer.

I reported a gentleman named Ryan from you store located a 44th and Thomas Rd in Phoenix AZ. Very unprofessional behavior exhibited towards me and my wife.
Totally unacceptable!!!
Please email me and provide someone’s POC information so I can provide the details of my visit to that store on Feb 25/25.
So I ended up at your store on Tatum Rd to complete my transaction and loved Preston customer service skill set he helped us and he is Awesome!!!

We had an associate help us out who took his time with us and was absolutely amazing. Not to mention he let my wife know that because she's a teacher she was getting a 15% discount on her phone bill and now she gets 25%. Not sure what other phone company does that for teachers, but we will stay with AT&T for that reason and thank you AT&T. We appreciate you, that you appreciate teachers.
