This is, hands down THE WORST store I've ever been to. I was there last night (2.12.2024). I wanted to turn my old phone in to make sure I get the credit they promised. I walked in and there were only 2 people working. They were both with people, but neither of them said, "Hello", "Hi, welcome in, we'll be with you in just a minute." Nothing. I just stood there like I was invisible. I looked at a few things on my phone, hoping one of them would say SOMETHING!! Nope. Finally, I called my friend and said how rude they were being, how neither of them said hi or anything. I must have stood there for a good 10 minutes. Finally, I just walked out. No help. Every time I'm in that store, they're rude. There was a black dude that worked there who was just awful, but I haven't seen him in a while. I only go to that store because it's really close to my house and it's on my way home from when I leave barre. I don't know what has happened to customer service in the last couple of years, but it sure has gone downhill. As a former Flight Attendant, I know what customer service is supposed to be. This store should shut down and become something else, or shut down and hire NEW people who know how to be friendly. I'm appalled and disgusted by the way I was treated last night (and every time I go in there). The managers are probably just as bad, so no need to complain to them either!! Shut down and hire new, friendly people!!

Alejandro is seriously one of the best customer service reps in the industry. This was the 3rd or 4th time over the years he has assisted us and always knows exactly what needs to be done. We literally said before going we hoped he was working because he will know what to do.

This store is Awful not only are they falsely advertising . But the store manager Amy specifically told me my devices were free and I would just be paying $6 extra a month for the service and it turned out to be a lie the devices were charged to my account as financed equipment. When I went to the store to have it corrected she acted as if she had no idea what she told me and my husband she lied to us about how much the bill would be and she sent our receipts to inaccurate email addressed , so we had no clue the devices were even being financed . I will never trust another AT@T store or associate this was a waste of my time and im highly upset about the entire process

Usually buying a new phone and switching providers is a bit of a hassle, but I had an amazing experience at this store yesterday. My family decided to switch from T Mobile to AT&T and I placed an order online for two phones for pickup at this location. I failed to provide some information (my fault) so I called the store to ask some questions. My sales rep was Yuni and she assured me that what I ordered was in stock and should would help me figure out my issue. She called and texted me with updates, and when I arrived at the store I was there for less than 10 minutes and Yuni was there to help me. Thank you Yuni!

Alex was wonderful to work with. Even with quite a few customers in the store he made us feel like we were his only concern. Very thorough and knowledgeable.

For some reason, every time I go into the store, I end up with the same RUDE agent. He’s SO unfriendly, he isn’t helpful, he says things to make me feel stupid and he changed my plan without my consent and it raised my bill!! I NEVER want to deal with him again. As a Flight Attendant, I know about customer service. He is the worst person I’ve ever dealt with. He needs some coaching or to find a new job. I’d rather deal with Biden or Hitler than to ever have his “help”again.

Me and my Gf walked in hoping to switch over from Verizon but literally wasn’t even greeted at all. Both employees looked right at us and just ignored. Going to a different location.

Ordered 2 iPhones in store on 9/21 to be delivered on 9/25 but they were ultimately "lost" after being delivered to my local FedEx delivery facility. Notified this store on 9/25 who confirmed they are aware of theft being an issue, asked we come in 9/26 to see if issue can be resolved with FedEx or we can pick up phones in store.After 3 hours in store, FedEx couldn't resolve the shipping issue and AT&T is now saying we will need to pay taxes again in order to get new phones. Had this been a scenario where the phones were delivered then stolen, I'd be more understanding but that is not the case. AT&T chose to do business with FedEx and were aware of theft issues so they should've 1) proactively notified customers of such issues and encourage in store pick up or 2) Been prepared to eat the cost when your customer does not receive the merchandise they paid for instead of attempting to charge them again.Very disappointed with the resolution here, or lack thereof. The excuses given were about corporate policies but these are policies AT&T created so surely they can make exceptions for their errors/errors of their business partners.

Walked into this store and there were only two employees working. They both were busy helping other customers, but when I walked in they both just ignored me. I walked passed both of them and nothing. They both walked passed me to get to the back room and still nothing was said from them. Headed to a different AT&T to hopefully receive some better customer service.

Lisa is amazing!!! Her customer service is pure excellence.... I would visit her again as she was helpful, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and very professional!!! I highly recommend her and this store location!!!

Devon Flowers at AT&T (Cactus and Tatum) helped four of us and had the best attitude. We really appreciated his kindness and expertise as we stayed twenty minutes past close to finish setting up our new phones. He even helped us get the new price on accessories, exchange one item and we ended up purchasing another buy two get one free accessory set.
