I was impressed by a guy pitching a new phone plan switch in Fry's . Went in and bam everything turned out awesome ...
Edit : Every single thing we were told when we got the plan and switched was a lie , every free item or feature was tacked on charges and we were trapped into a phone bill that was outrageous and over the top for two years !!! Att shame on you !!!!! Worst con job ever !! We were not their customers , we became their victim!!! Zero stars Literally not one thing they sold us on was true .

The staff is really nice and Cristal is a pleasure to work with, but it seems like the manager of the store is never here, she is always out or not working.

THIS IS THE WORST STORE I HAVE EVER STEPPED FOOT IN!! The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced!!!!! This store should be closed permanently!! “The so called manager”was the rudest person I’ve ever talked to in my life. I am in customer service and in management and if I ever treated anyone the way we were treated today I wouldn’t have a job. Thank goodness for the online support, if it wasn’t for them, we would’ve canceled our service and went somewhere else. I’d probably rethink your hiring process and who you put in a mgr position!!!

HORRIBLE customer service. I walked in and said I was interested in looking at plans and driving. The girl working had a piss poor attitude. I don't know that I've had Whittier service when exploring a new service. At&t just lost my business simply because of one location.

Came to this store to get a business wireless line. Told them many times I want a business line. They said no problem and signed me up. Come to find out they did not sign me up for a business line. They gave me a regular consumer line. The people in the store have no idea what they are doing

HORRIBLE custom service from part of the manager Jasmin. Manager left me alone with no help at all, and left the store without saying a word leaving me with only a worker named Emilio, who actually tried to help, whatsoever my problem is not something he could help me with since he’s not a manger, I appreciate his help so much, but the attitude she gave was NOT professional at all. Emilio should be a manager not her.

As a business owner who tried to use their business services I had to cancel as soon as possible. There is no customer support. It's all automated with very long wait times. Please do yourself a favor and find a different provider, it will save you a ton of time and money.

I originally came in to get a SIM card for my device and I had talked recently to att support where it was confirmed that my number was transferred to att but at the store I was told it never happened, so I asked if I could get a temp number and they showed me the choices and I found one that I'm actually keeping since my old one is apparently lost forever. I don't remember the guys name but he was probably the best person I've talked to at a Carrier store and I wish I remembered it so I could make a forum for his amazing customer service. He recognized my 503 number as a Oregon number and asked if I was from there so I said yeah and I found out he just moved from Seattle so it was just a great time making the whole process feel like a few minutes even though We originally had issues using a SIM card where the device would have data but wouldn't have cell service and he eventually tried putting in a manually and then I guess he forgot to save it and then how to do it again vol and all it was all jokes and laughs the entire time and then eventually we got an e Sim to finally work the phone got the calls to work and it was a great day.

We got to the store at 655 last week and they were so nice to remain open and help us even after they closed at 7. The AM is super nice
there.

Store hours on google say open till 7pm. We arrived at 6:20, and it was locked up.

NONE of my pictures transferred from my old phone to my new. All my state licenses are gone and I'm temporarily locked out of my accounts. This is the second time I've had issues with transferring data and such when I ask for help at this location. That's 2 at&t stores that have let me down.
