Was rude to me in person, didn’t answer back phone calls, not very professional. I came in with minor repairs that needed to be done a few times, and every time it was a hassle getting a hold of them. Prices are good, however the owner seems upset if you don’t spend more on other larger repairs, even though they offer those prices in the first place. Terrible service would give them zero if I could.

Brought my brand new truck here for a trailer brake controller and class iv hitch install. Auto Couture was recommended by the salesman I purchased from. Communication could definitely have been better but that would be the only gripe. Install was completed quickly and clean. Everything looks great. Definitely a place to consider for your aftermarket truck accessories.

They did a great job with installing a 2in lift kit to my Mini Countryman. They also go the alignment done.
