Manuel was the best employee cos he carried my 3 antifreeze out to my car and he was very knowledgeable about my car and he knew exactly what I was telling him about the engine light being on! He also told me about the hours of this location and if I ever needed anything else, he would be more than happy to help me! He really a great employee!

Extremely rude staff. Asked for help from a guy in the same aisle I needed help with and he said I needed to ask someone in the front, I said there was a really long line and it should be in the same aisle we were standing in but he said it wasn’t his job. Tried to ask another guy that was loading batteries in the front and he said the same thing that I needed to ask someone in the front. I explained that there was a long line but he didn’t care either and walked away saying things under his breath. I attempted to tell the store manager but she said they were really busy and I said that’s no excuse for being rude. The only person who did help us was a guy named Chris but he left home shortly after helping us. All it takes is a little bit of customer service. We were an hour from home with a car that was leaking coolant very bad and overheating where we weren’t going to make it home without fixing the hose where the leak was at and dealing with rude staff makes it so much worse. The staff need to be retrained on customer service and empathy because nobody goes in to auto zone for random things, everyone is dealing with car problems which is a very stressful time for everyone. I’ve never dealt with such disrespect and rudeness ever in autozone before.

Not many people care when your broke down in the middle of the night except TAMARA. She went out of her way to help us get the starter fixed at midnight while still handling all the other customers. We are sooooo grateful. Thank you Tamara. You deserve a huge raise!!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I coasted into this place from the 51 to get help. Tamara helped me, told me that the part I needed should be under warranty and asked where I bought it (from OReilly’s). I bought hardly anything from them, but they took such good care of me: brought me water when I was working on my car in their parking lot, let me use any tools they had. Absolutely blown away.

For almost a year the plaza is packed with construction labors in day time and in night time packed with needle injection homeless people, the asphalt is in bits and the stingy plaza is owners not doing anything about it , see what hit my right front wheel today see photos , it is AutoZone as a major shop in that plaza not to ask the owners to fix the asphalt.
