I am a new employee at the Zone and not being biased at all I really am amazed at how the employees treat their returning customers like family. Not just regulars but also new customers every employee tries their best to get the job done. Of course we all have bad days just like everyone, we’re not perfect and every day we are learning something new.I will Do my very best this field is new to me but I’m excited to learn how to change my own battery and wi do wipers. ? ?

Needed wipers! Two employees (I already forget their names). The kind gentleman with the teeth braces and the sweet young lady with the dark brown hair with a bun! They are both so helpful and kind! They patiently helped me find my wipers and installed them! My the good Lord Bless them!

Best costumer service I’ve had in a while at Autozone, Mariano helped me out putting on my headlights that went out and wipers that I needed to replace, even got me a new screw for my bumper, thanks so much!!

The people weren't helpful, they had zero knowledge of where anything was or what it was. Also other than the young lady that was working they took their sweet time. What should have been maybe a 15 minute stop turned into almost an hour and I got over charged for what I needed. Either the website was wrong or the store either way it was bogus. AutoZone used to be one of the best places to go don't know what happened...

The service at this AutoZone is amazing! I would like to mention Marcos on how terrific his customer service is along with his work. He has done an amazing job to assist me with my car battery. Overall, the store is clean and every employee is friendly!

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at Auto Zone. I come in to get helped the guy is trying to help 2-3 people at the same time. I asked him how long it would be to get a battery he’s saying he’s busy & we gotta wait. Cool. But there should be no reason why CUSTOMERS should be helping me out my battery in over the people that work there. When I commented on it he said smart remarks. Everyone there seems like they didn’t know what they were doing. Disappointed

Stopped in around 8:30 - 8:45 PM for a battery test and replacement if needed. The store closes at 9 PM which I was aware of. The young man who serviced me had a his cell phone tucked in his shirt pocket with a personal call live on speaker phone. I guess he and his friend like to hear each other breath while he is on shift. Certainly strange and rude but I overlooked it.He tested the battery and said it seemed fine and was holding a charge. So instead of buying a new one, I opted to charge it. I asked "How long does a charge take? Overnight?" Obviously, I am aware the charge takes at least longer than the store has left to remain open for business. I received an uncalled for and plain rude response of "Well, for YOU it will be since you came in so LATE." Apparently it was more important to make me feel like I did something wrong than answer my question.I said to him "What I'm trying to ask is when it might be ready. Might it be ready when you open again or later in the day?" To which I got a response from the unknown party on speaker phone stating "Rude ### people!". My follow up was certainly with an air of frustration given the nasty comment I was given by the clerk but far from rude.At any rate, I needed this done so I left the battery. After giving my phone number for the account it dawned on me that I had also unintentionally recited it aloud to an unknown party on the clerk's cell phone. Unacceptable.I returned in the AM and another clerk was there again with his phone out but this time playing his personal music. In a vacuum that is unprofessional but forgettable. In context of my experience up to that point it was further bad service. He informed me the battery was bad and did not hold charge. This is the complete opposite information I was given the night before leaving me to wonder just how much attention that rude associate had been paying to his duties.Just terrible.

Had to have my receipt, license, birth cert., passport card, and 4 references in order to go right back in the store to exchange a bottle of tire cleaner with defective spray pump for one that worked... oh, and give my telephone number with multiple scans of the bottles before exchange. Took 90 secs to purchase a broken bottle and 7 minutes to exchange it. Sheesh... i went out the door and came back from the parking lot in like 3 mins to the same cashier. Wow...

Had a very positive experience today at Phoenix AutoZone with Marcos - he went above and beyond to help me in selecting the right headlight/guiding me on how to replace it (and did so in 102 degrees weather). He was very patient, kind and answered all of my questions. Marcos lived out what it means to do good for others..not because this was in his job description but because of his character, thank you for this reminder and for your help today Marcos!!
