Walked in uncertain, but walked out 100% satisfied I received help from the assistant store manager Gerardo. His customer service was so amazing he cared. He was concerned he gave real help. I recommend him to anybody that comes to AutoZone.

Frank and Chuck are amazing! Both helped me with my car AND saved me a lot of money! A check engine light had me worried; Chuck plugged it into a reader and printed out the results, which was just a loose gas cap! Chuck! You are friendly, helpful, and a terrific problem solver.
Frank then put on the windshield wipers for me, immediately after helping another customer put his wipers on.
AutoZone! You are a neighborhood mainstay. So helpful. Thank you!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Just had the displeasure of entering this store. On my initial entry into the store two employees was having casual conversation and didn’t acknowledge me at all and the store wasn’t busy or overflowing with customers. The one guy that did acknowledge me being there acted like I was bothering him because he decide to clock into work. I was having a battery issue he lets me know he can’t test it I said ok he tells me I can take my battery out and have them recharge it I didn’t have the proper tolls on hand to even losses the bolts so I bought a whole new battery. Keep in mind this guy is talking so low I have to keep saying huh which he is visibly upset so I also asked him about a spray that he said they offered to remove corrosion on my terminals. I asked what aisle might that be in he says 7 and walks off. He switches the batteries out he said good to go. I said thank you he didn’t acknowledge me, I also said have a good day he just walked inside. That guy has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced I didn’t catch his name but he has a cleft lip and was wearing a black hoodie with pink writing that says “the gym is my psych ward” and as a veteran to have a mural outside of the store with different variants of uniform personnel is disrespectful with the type of customer service yall provided. I will never be back here or recommend this place to anyone else

convenient location for me because I live nearby(3 blocks away). Daytime Staff are friendly enough...Nighttime Staff could be better--i don't mean "Bad", neither... it's just the energy levels; in comparison to one another, are quite apparent, that's all... overall I give them five stars regardless

One of the staff members on the nightshift is incredibly rude, seemingly unknowledgeable, and frankly too lazy to put down his phone (guy was literally just playing on his phone the entire time I was buying and changing my lights) to process a direct exchange after the bulbs didn’t work.
I am within the return policy and never even left the parking lot… So anyway, I headed right back in to exchange the lights he just watched me buy and dude goes- “well, why did you buy lights that don’t work…” and asked if I was going to “bring this item back damaged” and told me to “follow my heart” while buying items for my car… like what??
Also, he answered the phone and said to a customer on the phone and said “This is AutoZone, not Walmart”- not sure if he was talking to me or the person on the phone but either way I’m so annoyed and completely over this location after this level of disrespect. Please stop hiring unqualified and rude individuals for your sake and ours.

He was such a great person, meeting Thomas. He had a big welcoming smile and was ready for help. Thomas went above and beyond to make sure I was helped and all my questions were answered. Thank you, Thomas, for everything and for being such a great help! The world needs more people like you!

I was just in today and I was extremely hurt by the service. The employee made sexist and racist comments to me in a span of 2 minutes. I've been here before and had good service but after being treated this way just for asking if he could take a look at my car to pick out the right bulb- I was told I should ask my boyfriend for help. I will not be returning here.

So I just had a employee literally start calling me names because I said I didn't want semi-metallics I said CERAMICS! three different times he tried telling me duralast was... Even when I told him ok nevermind just give me duralast GOLD he pulls up where it says fitment- ceramics... When I asked to speak to the manager, he said now I was acting like a girl! All I wanted was good brake pads even if it cost more! And I've never seen someone get so upset because I know what I want, not what you want! Don't listen to Miguel A. He will probably be more concerned about convincing you he knows more than you, than what you are clearly telling him you want. Which has nothing to do with anything but you want a specific product, because it's what you want!
