Be careful buying stuff from here. I bought a jack with a one year guarantee and even though the one I got was obviously used before by someone else they still sold it for full price and now that I’m returning it because it doesn’t work right, they are telling me that they don’t do returns if stuff is used. Very sketchy practices by this store every other AutoZone has been better and their response was to wait 20 minutes for the manager to show up to just maybe talk about it with him. Bad customer service.

We came to this location at 830 to find a single person working a female alone with alot of men outside. While she was helping a customer out a guy walked out with stuff and she couldn't do anything about it. This place really needs to hire more people so there is at least 2 at night. She had to lock up just to check someone's battery she is doing her best but something needs to be done about this situation it's not safe for one and the company is losing profit and product maybe need a new manager. 🤔 I'm just a concern customer and not from this area but it's not too safe. Do better autozone

Went to this place to get a lightball replacement for my vehicle and they were closed 30 min early mind you it’s night time and I need a headlight.. poor service maybe you should change your time online and on your door or replace your employees for ones who could have waited 30extra min to close..

I was at Auto Zone this morning 6/22 and Ruben was the salesman that helped me. He was so nice and friendly. He got me the exact item I needed. I have to get 2 other parts for my car. I am definitely going to make sure I ask for him. I can support a business that have people that are concerned and caring about helping those that need auto parts and don't have a clue about what to do. Thank you so much Ruben.

Parking lot is full of trash. Even saw a car that was burned. Makes it feel unsafe. Inside the store was not that much better. Can't expect people to respect the store if the owners don't
