Really bad customer service, they have to have a better way to try to do business, if you just want to pay for one item you have to want in line for over 10 to 15 minutes.

Don't waste your time going to this store, employees hang out by commercial area, so when you try to get help, they ask if you have a commercial account, then tell you to go up front, while the employees walk back up there. Then while your in line to pay, they will ignore the line and start checking out ppl standing by the door, and joined the line last.

So is corporate going to do anything about all the bad reviews. All I see is response from corporate Customer Service but every time somebody leaves a review it is the same exact review about these workers that work there. Is it that hard to send a corporate manager and just clean up that damn store? Starting with that same manager, everybody talks about supervisor whatever the hell they wanna call her. You people don’t care for your customers if you did, you would’ve done something already.

Here at auto zone after doing an online order it said pick up ready but I show up and it's not in stock poor communication.....waiting on refund in line took forever didn't stay after 5mins I guess I'll come back and try again for better service when there ready to work

Worst customer service ever waiting in line to pay and notice they had self checkout so I aske them last if there self checkout was working she looked at me with a face of dislike said no and than proceeded to take her time with her customer and began to walk back and forth to the back were I think they gave their office and if she was trying to get me to leave she did never coming back here again you come to this s store because you looking for a service or help with somthing and this is the kind of people they hire also why have self checkout if your not gonna take the time to activate it and make people who are just trying to purchase simple things wait for over 15 minutes!!!

Very horrible customer service, Worst Autozone I’ve ever been too. I came in to get my battery swapped out under warranty, The cashier and the manager didn’t even bother to check my battery and lied to me that my battery did not have any warranty but I knew it did. They also lied and said that the manufacturing date on the side of the battery was the date that the battery expired. I wonder how many people they have screwed over like this. Do not go to this autozone, you will get screwed over. Horrible customer service and lazy liars.

I showed up at 8:46 pm cause I needed a part and they had the store closed down already a female in a grey shirt auto zone and a male grey shirt auto zone were in the front desk doing inappropriate things not professional at all once they saw me they opened the door and said they were closed cause they’re counting the register’s

Bring your tools if your gonna change out a battery this store needs lots of work for customer service I understand they can only do so much. Also their check engine scanner works sometimes and sometimes they say it doesn't work so I don't know what to believe so I highly recommend to take your vehicle to a mechanic and one last thing if you take your battery to charge only "one" of there chargers work so there's no guarantee you'll have a charged battery in a couple hours
