EMPLOYEES. STRAIGHT THUGS IN HERE.I am a highly reviewed reviewer on yelp. Over 4.3 thousand people read my reviews and I’ve helped 5 companies boost theirs stats after leaving THEM reviews. My reviews are VERY lengthy because anything short obviously isn’t a TRUE REVIEW.After the services experienced with this location and over the phone at that I wouldn’t recommend shopping for parts or anything at this store. They don’t even deserve 1 star. The deserve a zero star review.The employees are very disrespectful and the manager allows this because she is just as disrespectful.Called this location twice to be out on hold. The third time they actual answered. I was relieved, only to be asked can you hold, before giving an answer I was placed on hold. At first I didn’t mind because they had actually answered the phone this time. But after waiting 15 to 20 minutes to be taken off of hold, I hung up and called back and asked to speak to the manager. A woman answer this time and she said this is her. I explained the situation explain how rude her employee was, and she told me “mmmmhm OK” and hung up the phone as if she could care less..Purely honestly from the bottom of my heart I could not make any of this up. I called the store back, and the first employee answered irritated because it was the same person who had called at least 5 times. tried to argue with me, yelling at me over the phone, and then told me to pull up because he wanted to fight?I come from a Christian household and I am a firm believer in treat people how you want to be treated. I have worked over 15 Temporary/Seasonal jobs in the past seven years and half of them being customer service. I have never once disrespected anyone and if I was not continuously working at the job, it’s because I decided to leave myself, not because I was fired, but because I wasn’t treated how I wished to be treated.Respectfully, if you cannot handle your job and you do not like the customers, you just shouldn’t work there. Find something that fits you. Because definitely customer service isn’t for you. The whole crew needs to be replaced in the manager needs to be fired. never being offered a job in customer service again.I always shop on 27th Ave. in Camelback, this location never has what I’m looking for, but they always put me into the directions to go and get it. It’s not their fault that their location is the busiest location in Phoenix, and they’re line stretches out the door. Seriously ,like I can’t never get what I want from the store but I always leave satisfied. Why is that?? Because, Customer service matters. I don’t give a damn what you sell…..

Lol U call them they leave you on hold for 30-40 mins,. No good customer service I will be calling they phone thru out the hole day Because they can’t even help the customer that’s in dere., talk to the manager & all she said was ok have a great day. A lot of You 9-5 workers be to comfortable in YALL lil jobs that y’all think u can’t be replaced. Well corporate will fixed that for y’all in the management can’t. A lot of Az workers need new Jobs that fits them lol don’t Go to work if u can’t even help yourself With your attitude you leave that at your House if you got one.

I went in to get a battery replaced that was on warranty and the cashier was very rude saying they couldn't replace it or would have to buy it and install it myself, go back with old one so they honor the warranty, I have been buying from autozone for more then 20 years I have a business and I always need to go their for something for my vehicles, today I honestly decided to change to another auto parts, the manager was just as bad.

As soon as I said I don't speak Spanish I got instant attitude from the old man who runs the diagnostic on the cars. I have my check engine light on I was very respectful and friendly to the female cashier but as soon as the old guy started talking to me in Spanish and I said I don't speak Spanish he got the worst attitude and said that the diagnostic didn't work and that I needed to go somewhere else. racist as hell. if you don't speak Spanish don't come here

Tell you to drive out to pick up a part and you get there pay for it and the guy comes out and say oh we don't have it you have to go pick it up and this other location cause they checked and they have it in inventory then you get there then guy says they don't have it either and wants me to drive hella far cause the other store says they have it in inventory and I asked if he can call and make sure the guy has it in his hand cause I don't want the same thing to happen and he gets an attitude and tells me that I can call if I want and gives me a disconnected phone number and blames my phone provider for the line being disconnected. Then guy finally gets a hold of someone and sure enough they didn't have it in stock either so guy tries to give me a refund of 15 when I paid 20+tax.O'riellys FOR THE WIN

Ordered a ecu online when it came looked like a junk yard one the programmer said the same thing checked and it was programed for a traverse called customer service and said take it to any retail store to return it so I tried but they said could not return it with what customer service sent me so I guess just have to eat the money I wasted at autozone last time I will buy from them
