My personal experience with this store , it sucks. It used to be a more professional and efficient running store. Most of the employees are in the back slacking somewhere or with thier face in a computer. The ones that are in the front think its social time. Thier singing rap songs, talking about celebrities, talking about what they did on thier day off, using cuss words while you got respectable customers standing in line with thier kids. They seem to have lost thier respect and urgency to help their customers. Maybe it's not all the employees but the the ones that drag thier hind end make the whole store look bad. I'll drive to O'Reillys or a different Auto zone.

Poor Customer Service. Representative had a bad attitude 😕. Then had the nerve to speak around me to another customer in Spanish, not knowing that I understood what was being said. Would never spend $ at this location again.

They close very early sometimes, on the door it says that they close at 9, I have been at 8 and it is already closed and many times the 12 volt battery charger does not work at 43rd Ave and Mcdowell and they answer you very despots

Stopped in to get a license plate light screw and had help with 4 spark plugs I was helped by Gerardo and Sasha they were top notch this is how it should be!

My experience was very bad, I bought an oil after 3 minutes, I wanted to return it for a larger one and the colleague Pily or Fily told me that it couldn't be done because I didn't have the receipt, it was just a matter of calling the manager and resolving the situation for the customer. zero empathy

Walked in and Jasmine helped me diagnose what I need with my battery and she was quick to help me find a new one. Many of the other workers didn’t want to help me install the battery and immediately she stepped in when she overheard. Whoever is the manager should definitely give her some praise because she’s an amazing and hardworking employee!!!

I called Auto Zone multiple times and they kept me on hold. I went into the store and they sold me the wrong part. This happens at two Auto zone . I went to Oreilly and answered the phone and pulled the correct parts. Auto Zone horrible experience.
