Bad experience with one of the workers. It was 10:30pm and I could not go in even though it’s a 24 hr store and get what I needed because I had to wait til 11:30pm and the only way I could get what I needed was buying it online. We had a question and Jessica seemed to not be in the mood. Her tone was very rude. In the other had Stacy was very nice and was able to help and cashed us out.

Terrible service! You get to the counter for assistance, just picking up a part. I gave them my info, and he said he said no, it's not there. Then someone else came back, and I gave him my info. All he did was able to find it in 2 seconds. The attitude wow amazing.

This location is open 24 hours, yet they only do returns after 8 am. I just drove 20 miles only for them to tell me to come back in 6 hours. I was the ONLY customer in the whole store. I was going to use the money i got from my return to buy more stuff from autozone, not now. Also the other night i came here and they were closed from 11 to whenever, they said i had to order it online and do a pickup, they asked for all of kinds of info- and surprise surprise now i am receiving a bunch of spam! If i could give this location 0 stars I would. Poor customer service as well!

Guess what? 24-hour store closed yet again! I got there to find they were in the middle of closing. Idk how many times this has happened! These kids make their own store hours. It's ridiculous. Apparently, I'm not the only one to complain about this based on the reviews. I went there last night, 7/1 at 11:15 pm, and was met at the door by an employee telling me they were closing "til midnight maybe longer." Apparently, they were getting the floors cleaned. I waited a few to witness their employees hanging outside with the homies chilling and smoking who knew what while the floors were getting done. Businesses get this done all the time during business hours and do not shut their customers out. If it wasn't the floor cleaning this time, it would've been something else. There's always some bs excuse to close. Just change the damn hours! If I were the owner, I'd be pissed, paying employees to chill while losing money with each customer they shushed away. Terrible business. But sadly, even though countless reviews are complaining about this issue, whoever responds to them always apologizes and claims to be looking into it but clearly doesn't since this has been ongoing. AutoZone doesn't care about it. Get rid of the lazy bad attitude employees that keep closing your store. Beyond Ridiculous. BBB complaint next.

Tried once again to go here, and guess what? CLOSED yet again. I'm sorry they weren't closed entirely. They were doing online orders only. Jesus christ. Do these employees have any responsible leadership and running the store? AUTOZONE: What and why are you continuing to let this store do whatever the hell they want with your business. I wish I had another auto part store relatively close to me so I could avoid this mess all together.

Came here at 9 and these 3 men who work here all sitting out side said we were not allowed in we need an appointment so why pay 3 workers to sit out side and why say your open 24 hours when your not? False advertisement

It's supposed to be 24 hours...it never is. Everytime I've had to go there...it's Something...once it was closed for cleaning, another computer reset @ midnight...this last time it was online orders only for the next hour to hour and a half, ñl I had to create an account set my order for pickup they tell you they willl send you a notification that your order is ready to be picked up an hour and a half later that had never come I finally asked the guy who told me to order online and he says oh you could have come in as soon as you placed your order...wtf... Don't even think about sending a friend to pick up your online order because you have to have your driver's license show ID and have the card that was used to purchase online and they all have to be in the same name...what the... If I've already paid for it what do you freaking care who picks it up? I even called down there before Driving all the way there and have them not be .open...didn't mention AT ALL about online orders only... If you're not open 24 hours don't say that you are and if you're closed or restricted during hours of the day let your add reflect that let your website reflect that Lakeshore people at the counter let customers know who call on the phone!!... It's a more than reasonable request

This place is a joke they overprice parts and give you the cheapest part I also had $20 in points those vanished at this location. Manager and employees are ripping people off without you noticing pay close attention to your receipts

This is the worst autozone in all phoenix.the emplees are lazy and can't help if their lives depended on it. Don't bother showing after 9pm, they will tell you their system is down as all the emplees just hangout outside with the homeless fromthe area.

Several days ago, I called this store but kept getting placed on hold. I was coming from Tucson to get a part from these guys. Online it says 24 hours but to my attention they’re closed for 2 hours. I was not aware of this until I noticed the many negative reviews about this establishment. The employees were just standing around outside listening to music. The kid in the white truck just kept going in and out, very unprofessional.

This store falsely advertises 24 hours when they actually shut down between 10pm-12am according to the staff. I was told they only accept online orders between these hours so I said oh okay so I just need to order online then and come pick it up? The guy on the phone says well honesty I don’t recommend using the online orders you should just wait till the morning and go to a different store. I’m so glad I called ahead to ask for a stock check cuz I would’ve been livid had I drove across town for that bs. I see many others are having similar experiences though so im trying not to take it personal but I definitely wanna spread the word that this store is not 24 hours. And I think it’s bs that the staff tries to deter customers from using the online orders. I’m assuming it’s out of laziness. The night staff probably doesn’t wanna deal with anyone during those 2 hours so they discourage online orders so they can bs on the clock. Wouldn’t doubt it.
