I came in today 6/25/1985 and simply walked in to grab some items, the sales person “Emily”was very rude and had an attitude as if she hated me or herself. I simply said hello and was going to ask for assistance opening a locked cabinet, returned a cold stare as if I was annoying her by being human first.

MANAGEMENT NEED TO GIVE HER SOME SPECIAL ATTENTION ON CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I call Comercial account, they put me on hold for 15 minutes,I call back again and they put me on hold for 10 minutes ,I call them again and she said I'm the only one working here and put me on hold again lol...bad customer service

On returns they are horrible! The store manager Latina lady doesn't advise anything accurately. She gave me a different receipt and said have to bring org method of payment back. She NEVER ADVISED WITHIN 24 HRS. we work my husband and I she didnt advise of us of the recipt paper expiring within 24 hrs we only go to this store becuase it's the one next to where we live. There is also a little young boy that throws dirty looks and has very poor communication skills and sucky customer service. the only one who was able to take care of issue with no addditude was victor p. Thank you.

I went to this store yesterday on 4th of July. Getting ready for the nights festivities, and our car would not start. I went to 83rd and Camelback, but they told me that the battery tester was broken. Yikes!! I went to 75th and Indian School, I was helped by Victor P, the sales manager. I don't often write a review, but I should, especially when you get someone like Victor. It was so HOT outside, place was busy, everyone was sweating. Victor checked my battery, it was still under warranty, and he put it in car, outside in this heat, I really appreciate how he was so thoughtful and attentive. He is a blessing. I will keep him in my prayers as he is truly an awesome human being, and an excellent employee. Auto Zone, thank you for having Victor P on your team. ??☺️????I was able to make it to my dinner and enjoy my night. Again, thank you Victor. You shine.

They say they close at 10 pm, but they stop working at 9. I went in there at 9:20pm to have my battery checked after the 91st Ave and Thomas location said their system was "down" and couldn't help me. They knew they should not have referred me to another location knowing damn well nobody would help me.
The 73rd and Indian school supervisor said no one could leave the store (go outside) with just two guys working there. I said what if my car doesn't start? He said, we don't have jumper cables either and then walked away from me. Really? Liar! What a jerk!

They fraud, they try to sell me battery, saying that my battery was bad. I took it to a different car and it was good battery. They are a fraud, they tried to sell me a battery, when my battery was good.
