This month has been a financial disaster for me, however, my ride home from work took a turn for the worse as my car battery died. I barely made it home and looked up the battery online and recalled I purchased it from AutoZone in Peoria. I borrowed my mom's car and drove to this location off Cactus and 43rd Ave. The place wasn't too busy however the phones were ringing and there were two people being helped at the counter. Shortly after I came in, some amigos came in behind me and stood near the 2nd counter. Although that counter cleared before the one I was standing at, the AutoZone associate came to me, paying attention to who was next, even as he was being distracted in 3 different directions, he got my account pulled up and then went to get my new battery, UNDER WARRANTY! and FOR FREE! So yeah, that really made my day since my battery money was already spent on something else. I wish I knew this young man's name. He was certainly the store manager, as everyone one else was coming to him while he took care of me. He commanded that store like a boss and got me a new battery in less than 5 minutes.

Well we couldn't fix the blown head gasket power through the grace of God a lot of owners of the shops and AutoZone workers discussed how to make a woman happy. To summarize we need to make sure women have AC that works, Villa for gas tank for them and don't argue.

Showed up at 1050 for a some injector o rings and the front doors are locked. The hours posted outside and online say open tell midnight. Notes on the door and no employee in sight. Parking lot full and a bunch of customers standing outside.
When calling the store number they say a couple minutes but as I waited outside over 45 minutes with no change and the same response with every call.

THIS STORE IS NOT OPEN TIL MIDNIGHT. They close at 10:00 pm for some reason or another then open back up maybe 20 mins maybe 45 mins later. I spent $51.68 on an Uber ride because of this. NEVER WILL I RETURN TO AUTOZONE. O'REILLY'S HAS GAINED A NEW CUSTOMER.

I've gone to this AutoZone three different times every time I've gone it's been a little later because I work all throughout the day and I have a son that I have to attend to but once he's asleep I have someone watch him while I fix cars. So it seems to be around 9:00 to 11:00 when I have to come by and they constantly have the same excuse of their systems being down. Try to avoid this location if you can unfortunately it's the only one open in the area

James the store manager is great with customer service and his staff goes above and beyond he really knows how to motivate his team I would recommend this before you go to any other AutoZone thanks again James for all that you do ?

Terrible service and customer service, it is supposed to be open until midnight and it was 10 pm and they had the store closed in addition to saying on the phone that they would open in 15 minutes and it took them more than an hour to open for poor service ?? ?

When I got there the computers were updating and they couldn't sell anything. One of the employees told me I could order and pay online, and they would be able to get me the parts. I didn't know exactly what i wanted, so I asked if I could go in and find them. I got pictures and completed the order, got my parts, and was on my way.

I bought the wrong part online so I went to my local and returned it. While there the young guy seemed competent so I let him help me order the correct part. I commented on the part he was about to order for me that it needed to be female to receive.. but dude insisted it was correct and it would seat perfectly.. so I gave. It was wrong. Went with my original thought and it solved my issue. It was also half the price.

Why post you open till 12 then lock the doors at 930? Make no sense update your store hours so people don’t drive all the way for nothing

Staff are very helpful went for oil and oil filter and they where friendly took time to suggest or recommend tips.
