My daughter and her friend, both 18, visited the service center to replace a faulty battery that was causing their car not to start. After demonstrating how open the hood and showing him how to connect the battery tester, the associate confirmed a dead batter. They lacked the necessary tools for the replacement so they requested assistance from the associate with the installation.Although the weather had cleared up after a brief sprinkle, the worker refused to install the new battery, citing the previous rain as a reason. This left two young girls stranded in the parking lot with a dead battery. The worker's reluctance and apparent laziness added unnecessary inconvenience to their situation.Undeterred, the girls managed to manipulate the battery terminals, coaxing the car to barely start, and eventually sought assistance at Orielly Auto. The experience highlighted the disappointment of receiving inadequate service and the need for more customer-oriented solutions in such situations.

The girl that answers the phone needs to learn the difference between a deposit and a rental charge. I went to another auto parts store because she told me multiple times that they do charge for tool rental. I figured out later after I already fixed my truck that they do have free rental, you just have to leave a deposit. I wonder how many other people have gone elsewhere based on how she answers that question..

First time coming to this location and must say that the associate; Jose went above and beyond with having my issue fixed. I went in for a part due to a check engine light. Jose recommended I purchase the part and have it replaced there so he can have the sensor light removed. Hence, saving me a 2nd trip! I didn’t know how easy it was to have the part replaced but with Jose’s help, got it resolved in no time.

At 10:17 on Thursday December 19,2019 . I spoke with Steven whom was efficient, fast, and humorous. I was amazed I have six cars and shop with Auto Zone for over 30 yrs I have never talked to someone so cheerful and knowledgeable what an asset he is to your company!

Fast service , location is no longer 24 hours unfortunately. Staff is knowledgeable and eager to assist. I recommend using the mobile app to check parts availability saves tremendous time and is convenient.
