Never have I ever been into an auto parts store and have the customer service treat you like family. High respect, putting you first, checking up on you to make sure you get what you need. Not to mention their experience is always a big plus when helping me out with products.

My car wouldn't start while I was at Home Depot- luckily this AutoZone was nearby! The store crew was super helpful, friendly. And jumped my car for me. Helped me diagnose the issue w no attitude or sales pressure. Very thankful for this store and its team

The Thunderbird/cave creek auto zone staff members were very helpful and had great customer service today! Dylan was so kind and helped me change my battery as well as return a core for some break calipers and exchange a timing belt. All around 5+ star experience and highly recommend this location!

When I go into part stores. I ask one question every time they ask if I need help. If they cant answer the question I just walk out. But this time the person knew the answer. Qas very helpful in what I was looking for.

I spent 10 minutes today in this store trying to find grommets. The first guy I asked looked and me and said "I DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT IS' and then turned away. (no help there). The other two people didn't seem to know what grommets were either. One said, try aisle 6 (could't find any). No one was willing to help. I know it's hard to find good help now but these people were disinterested and sluggish. I predict that this store will be out of business soon. (another customer in there with me agreed as we walked out the door). If I were the franchise owner of this store I'd be mad as hell. Very poor customer service. There was an older 'parts driver' in the store who helped me more than any clerk.

Great store. When I saw the line I thought I was going to there an hour. 2 minutes and they came out and installed my battery. I probably spent no more than 15 minutes there.

David Garcia is the best employee I’ve ever met at this auto zone! He was very attentive and even stayed late to make sure I had everything I needed in order to put my car back together correctly. 10/10 service! Would absolutely recommend this auto zone in the future
