Too bad the customer service have to ask you 20 questions to get you the correct oil filter. They don't have the information available for the customer to look it up themselves. At least not for a vehicle older than 18 years.

I like AutoZone only it's expensive if you can wait one day for your part order it online and it'll get to either following day for half the cost That's my feelings

This is quite possibly the worst AZone I have ever seen these guys in this store are lazy as all get out. I understand getting good employees sucks these days but this is pulling from the bottom. It's hard to get experienced parts guys these days. You can work with a lack of experience and you cannot work with being ignored. Sorry folks I have been in here three times with the same results. They would rather shoot the breeze on the phone then give good customer service.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. They will waste your time, lie to you and treat you like GARBAGE!!! The horrible looking lady in the front started yelling and cussing at me, in front of my 6 year old daughter when I was asking her a simple questions regarding my batteries I took to get charged. 3 of my batteries were bad after waiting 7 hrs to get charged. She said the guy checked all batteries to see if they were good or bad before putting them on charger. Well can you explain to me why 3 of my batteries are bad and why I waited 7 hrs to get charged?? She insisted they wouldn’t have charged them if they were bad. Ok well then why do they all have written on them CHARGED in bold? Instead of acknowledging there mistake she wanted to yell, cuss and challenge my intelligence. So of course I gave her a piece of my mind. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Carlos Hernandez helped me get the correct battery for my car. I was previously sold an incorrect battery for my car two days ago. I came in to autozone, and he was so quick to help and advise that he would get me the correct battery. He gave me options on pricing and was very helpful! 10/10 recommend!

On a recent visit to AutoZone I was waiting my turn to pay for a single item. There were two customers ahead of me and I was in a hurry. Then I noticed they now had a self check out section. This is great!!! Love it! I was done and out the door in 50 seconds flat!!
