Had a car that was having mechanical issues. I used google maps to find an avis that I could change the car. I called the location and Amber answered. She asked for a quick hold but I told her about the issue and she said come to their location and she would help me. I was in a different car in 3mins time. She went so far above for me. I appreciate you Amber.

I had a really good experience at this Avis Car Rental location. Amber was very accommodating and helpful from start to finish. I was surprised and impressed that she came out to the rental car with me and went over every dent/scratch on the car before I drove away with it. Even though it wasn't the car I selected, it was in good condition and didn't have any problems with it. I look forward to renting from this Avis/Budget car location when I visit my family, again.

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this Avis location. When I walked in, no staff was sighted for about 10 minutes. Eventually, I was greeted by an older gentleman with grey hair. After explaining my concern about the check engine light activating on the second day of my rental, I was met with silence. He did not acknowledge my issue or indicate that he was addressing it. There was no “give me a moment” or “let me look into this” – just silence... 🦗
I felt disregarded, leaving me questioning the level of service and professionalism at this location. I hope this was an isolated incident, and not RACE related, but I wanted to share my experience so others know.

Franchise owner for this location. He was super unhelpful when I had a check engine light on and a screw in the tire shortly after pickup from another location. It was the week of Thanksgiving and although I understand he was overbooked, he wasn’t kind at all about it. I get it’s a stressful time, but be cool is all I ask and that didn’t happen.

I honestly love this place. Andy is phenomenal and always so kind. I have rented about two times already and going back for a third in September, might be a fourth or fifth time, I can’t remember. But I would rent here, it’s super easy.

Booked a mini-van for a road trip with our family via AVIS, and when we came to pick up the car on a Wednesday at 8:15 AM, no-one was in store (business hours start at 8AM per their listing). Waited for 15 minutes, then called 24hr customer service posted on their door, the customer service person told me there was no way to contact the manager/store opener. I waited for another 20 minutes, and called again, this time the customer service agent said they got a hold of an employee for the store and the person would come out "shortly." At this point there were 2 other customers outside. 30 minutes later, still no one showed up. By this time, there were 4 other customers waiting outside to pick-up or drop off their cars. I called a final time, and this time the customer service agent again told me there's no venue to get a hold of anyone from the store (interesting since the 2nd person I called said they did). They did not offer me help aside from "you'll just have to wait," or get a refund. By this time, after being on hold, and waiting for over an hour and half, with now family travel plans foiled, they did not offer to do anything to help me in this situation. I left at this point, and I'm sorry to see that at least 4 other customers were impacted that day.

We rented a truck for moving from here, but they didn’t have the truck we reserved and upgraded us for no charge. The gentleman who helped us was overall just so helpful and nice. 10/10 customer service.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. They are absolute scammers and have the WORST customer service I think I’ve ever experienced. The young man at this store is nice enough, it’s not his fault but Budget as a whole is absolute garbage and I will never work with them again after this experience.
