Thank you to AZ Containers and Shawn! If I could give 10 stars I would. The other company I used for my container was not great and AZ Containers stepped in and helped with my issue. They were here the very next day! A huge thank you to Shawn for completing the job with ease, kindness, and professionalism.

I wish there was an option to give a WHOLE GALAXY of stars to Chip and AZ Containers. Chip was patient, friendly but professional, and took an incredible amount of time to answer ALL of my questions thoughtfully. He alleviated all of my concerns about the scammers I was encountering in my search for a container, but best of all though I was able to pick out my actual container IN PERSON and they delivered the NEXT DAY! These guys deserve the HIGHEST score you can get, I can't recommend them enough but I will, to everyone I know, and will certainly be back!

We had a awkward experience here. Chip in the blue shirt and this other guy both give off bad vibes in the office. Both men seem to be very irritable and not willing to iron out confusion. I left feeling like they were two mean AZ Container gatekeepers. The body language showed it. Suggest swapping out the front office personalities with individuals with better social skills. As it stands right now, go in there knowing what you want, don't ask too many questions, and try not to get confused. Should the customer need to walk on eggshells? Treat these two men firmly, because they'll turn on you quickly. I can only imagine after you sign something. Previous customers allowed them to get cocky and arrogant. I would say don't risk it and look elsewhere.

I received a quote via email for a rental so I stopped by to check out two sizes and two types so I could determine what I needed. I arrived ready to schedule delivery & set up rental until I met Chip in person. He was clearly annoyed that I stopped in and was short with me when I asked questions. I was also only shown one type of the two units quoted. While my hope was to schedule delivery so I could start my home project, I was forced to push back my date so I could look elsewhere for a unit as I absolutely refuse to give my business to anyone who lacks basic customer service skills or is rude.

Don’t use this company! They fraudulently charging a fee for lighting and electrical that was already installed when they deliver the a rental unit and then said I damaged the unit by installing it. I tried many times to talked to Kevin but he won’t answer the phone and then randomly texts you back. Based on my experience, I’m sure this is normal practice for AZ containers. Btw- I tried to resolve this issue before posting a review because I believe that companies should have the opportunity to correct a problem but this company is sticking to fraudulently charging.

Been a customer for awhile and one day without no notice they doubled the price, never said a word just ran my card as they wanted. Tried calling to ask to speak to manager and chip and the other guy in office said nope, they wouldn't even tell me who manager was, said they not going to let me talk to anyone else. Not paying double price for a junk container. Don't do business with these rude crooks, you'll regret it

Doubled the price of the container to 250 a month on a container we have had a year. Customer for over eight years. Switched to Pro Box for 134 a month. Az container is price gouging. I would give them minus 5 stars.
