The team is great, well-staffed, and does top-notch repairs and maintenance on scooters, including Chinese models others won't touch. They offer a wide selection to choose from and the shop is well stocked. Their service is very affordable with great and reasonable prices, and they are always willing to negotiate. They do not price gouge. Work is completed in a timely and fast fashion. The process is easy, convenient, and with no pressure, with updates every step of the way. After going to 3 different repair shops I found this place. Brought in my son's Hiboy E-Scooter and Brian found and repaired the electrical problem in 5 minutes. Beyond that he was super empathetic and kind. Thanks Brian. I highly recommend AZ Scooter, and will return if repairs are ever needed again. They rock.
