Came in here for fingerprinting and Rebecca was super helpful and really just did an above and beyond customer service. It was my first time and to be honest this is MUCH better than ups or fedex. Really appreciate the extra time to go over details on my application.

This place is super close to where I live so I love the convenience. It’s right down the street from the post office but here I never have to wait. Also they will help you pack, wrap and ship your parcels. Plus they have a few carriers to choose from when shipping which is really nice as well.

I’m thankful for this business. The people that work there are polite. The hours are good because post office hours conflict with my work hours and not that many post offices are open on Saturday.

Love & Appreciate This Location, Perfect All Around Store. I Was Trying To Help A Friend & Was Sent To The 43rd McDowell Location From 19th Ave & Osborn.However I Opted For Az Shipping & Printing. Plus Az S&P Was JUSS Across The Street, An From There My Experience Was Supreme. Outstanding Customer Service From The Rip, Doing 4 Thing's At Once Rebecca, 1st And Foremost.Rebecca Multitask Extremely Superb. Huge Shout Out, I Have Not Seen That Kind Of Love For A Job & The Customers Since I Retired. Terrific Store. 2nd I Need To Mention Angle, Now This Is More Quality Of This Particular Store & Their C. S. Skills I Had A Few Huge Issue Arise, I Got Shingles The Next Day Of Truck Rental. Well I Trusted My So Called Friend To Take The Truck Back & Called To See If Everything Was Correct Well To No Avail It Was Not, So When I Spoke To Angle & Rebecca They Both Jumped To The Acatiton To Find Options Outside Inside & Round & Round The Box Literally To Assist. So When I Say Magnificently, Superb, Outstanding C. S. They Both Have Love For Their Jobs & Consumer's. I Mean Just That! THXZ For Your Services, Your True Heros To Go The Distance. SMW

I opened a PO Box at this location. Staff is very friendly. The only issue I have is almost every time I want to check my PO Box the place is locked during business hours because they also are checking in a customer with a U-Haul rental. It’s understandable that they need to lock the door while they are tending to something else, however it’s typically not quick and I’m either waiting or have to come back another time to check my PO Box. They do place a sign on the door. It’s not convenient if you want to quickly check mail. Wish I would have known this prior therefore offering this tip for anyone else looking for the same services.
