The service was horrible three older ladies were at the front desk. I came in to buy another gun and I wanted to check out some jewelry but they had their own conversation and did not help. After losing interest in the jewelry, I wanted to check out the guns, but they told me I had a five minute limit in the room, she said because they are shortstaffed and she is going to be leaving in about 20 minutes. I had my mindset on buying another gun but just feeling rushed I wasn’t going to do business here. Lady that said I had 5 minutes was some older lady with Orange looking hair. Avoid this sales lady I suggest going to another pawn shop up the street

Staff to busy ordering lunch, and taking all customers ahead of me. Possibly cause we didn't speak Spanish like the rest. Went to buy wife some jewelry and a firearm for birthday. But staff was horrible, a birthday gift she got horrible customer service and staff. Wanted to help us, as we walked out. Not sure how almost 5 stars. Could give, zero stars would. But, then can't post reviews.
