Baker Brothers flooring did a terrible job installing baseboards around my new floor. The photos were taken after the workers told me they were done. They speak for themselves. I called the installer and asked them to fix the many problems. The next day two of the crew who did this work inspected the problems, went to their truck, and returned with a caulk gun. I told them I did not want more caulk and that I didn't want them working on my house. Baker Brothers claimed I did not give them a chance to fix the problems. I maintain that they had a chance to fix the problems but they blew it. You can decide for yourself if more caulk was an acceptable answer.

We had used Baker Bros back in the 80s with great satisfaction. So when we decided to have new flooring put in a different home, they were the first company we thought of. We shopped around and felt they were still the best choice.We ordered vinyl plank for the den and had carpet picked out foe 3 berms at a later date. The installer did a great job on the vinyl and we could not be happier. Until we tried to return one unopened box of vinyl left over.We were informed that we could not return it. It's ours. But, we don't need it. We tried appealing to common sense to no avail and our sales lady even told us of one customer who had 7 boxes left over they could not return.What a way to pad your profit margin. Oversell the customer and pick their pocket.Needless to say, we canceled the $5500 carpet purchase and never looked back.As I said, we are thrilled with our vinyl plank..

Very poor experience with Baker Bros. I had carpet installed and they rescheduled twice. Mark was very nice pre-sale but was unresponsive once the multiple reschedules occurred. I emailed the General Manager, Joe, and never heard back. Use caution. They appear very customer service oriented at the surface. Many better options in the valley

From the moment we walked in the store til after installation we've had nothing but great service. Roy is an excellent design consultant and takes great pride in helping you every step of the way. Roy Bracamonte deserves a raise and or promotion for how excellent he is! Again we truly thank you in helping us finish up our nursery and excited to welcome our first baby into the room with the extra plush carpet!Christian & Sarah!

We had great experiences with Baker Bros, from the showroom and designer (Roy) to anyone we spoke with on the phone and all of the installation teams. We are beyond satisfied with the outcome! (We had 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a kitchen/dining tile install remodel) I am certain, based on extensive experience, this would not have been the case with big box stores. They are good resources (Lowes, HD) but flooring can be difficult to choose and install. Baker Bros does both well. Thank you!!!

We stopped in the store to order carpet. I couldn't recommend Roy more! I told him exactly what I was looking for, he pulled samples, explained what he recommended about the selections, and wrote up our order efficiently. If you are looking for flooring, go to Baker Bros and ask for Roy!

We contacted Baker Bros. about flooring; we picked out the material we wanted, scheduled a time for the estimator to come, and got the estimate. Based on the numbers we had been given we thought the estimate a bit high but assumed we had made an error in our calculations. I asked for a detailed invoice and was told "We don't do that." I thought it odd at the time but agreed to the total price and set up a time to install the flooring. The date arrived and the installers began their work but without baseboards, which we were told were on back order. The flooring was put in and we were left with three boxes of unused flooring; I asked to return those boxes and was told "We can't do that." We waited 2 more weeks and were finally told that Baker Bros. would refund the cost of the baseboards and we should just get our own. The refund was only half of what a much simpler baseboard cost from Home Depot, which again seems quite odd. We bought the amount of baseboard we were told were needed, they were installed, and once again was left with a massive amount of overage. All of that suggests that the original estimate of material needed was too high. I contacted the salesperson and again asked for a detailed invoice and was refused. When I stated that in my experience a refusal to provide such an invoice suggested that the company was trying to hide something, at which point the salesman became quite angry. I then asked for two simple numbers - the cost per box of flooring (since I have to dispose of them) and the original estimate of square footage. I was told he would get back to me; it is now over two weeks later and I have heard nothing. I also received an email from Baker Bros. asking for feedback and I shared my concerns. Once again, no response. Others have had good experience with this company; we have not.

We needed ~ 1500 sq feet of tile in a hurry! Found gorgeous options at Baker Bros. They expedited delivery all the way to Tucson. Great customer service and very reasonable prices. We're happy campers.

Working with Steve made our shopping experience easy and pleasant. He spent a lot of time with us, listening to our needs and requirements, made suggestions, informed us of the differences in material and manufacturers, and most importantly addressed all pricing components and researched all avenues to give us the best price for our selected product. Steve is a subject matter expert in this field and very personable. The carpet we eventually selected and the installation process exceeded our expectations. Overall, extremely happy with our experience. Thanks again Steve!

Comment on the owner's response. The fact that they refused to provide an itemized list of quantities and prices of materials in conjunction with the 1000$ increase led me to the obvious conclusion that there was some hidding price padding in the contracted price. What honest business won't tell you how much you are paying for materials? Shame on you!

We love our new carpeting! Choosing the carpeting was a little overwhelming, but Kim asked all the right questions to help us find just what we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable and made the process fun! The installation was perfect and we are very happy with the result!

Whitney Reissig was exceptionally pleasant to deal with and quite thorough. We ordered floor tile for our contractor to lay. She called the manufacturer and confirmed it was in stock. We placed the order and she followed up a few days later. She assured us it would be at their warehouse within a week and it was. She had all paperwork fully prepared upon our arrival at the store as we are from out of state and were there for only one day. She provided excellent customer service which is difficult to obtain these days. Way to go Whitney! We appreciated your dedication and effort.Elaine and Dan F.
