I have taken a dog here for grooming and now my cat for health issues and I can say the staff is extraordinarily kind. The place always seems busy however they do such a great job at making you feel heard. Thank you so much for taking amazing care of our furry family members. ?

Very disappointed! We scheduled a new patient visit and were told that we would not go in with our pet. We had to drop off our pet and leave her with them for a few hours and a nurse would call to discuss anything we have a concern about and any needs. This is dissatisfactory! I don't know this vet and there is no trust yet established. So to leave my pet which is like a pediatrician saying to leave your toddler and that someone will call you to answer and address any questions. I have no idea what they will do to your pet and to just leave them, heck no! Sounds very sketchy. I will never go to this vet! Shameful!

My 18 yr old cat PG has Stomach Cancer. He is receiving TLC and medications to comfort him. I am thankful PG does not show signs of having pain.

The staff are amazing! Took my furbaby for an emergency surgery, and they were very professional, super nice, well knowledgeable, prompt, and fast. Unfortunately, the surgery was very expensive, that is my only complaint.

I had a friend bring my dog for shots. I'm disabled. I sent some observations about my dog. When I called them a day or2 later, I couldn't get an answer on any things I brought up & the woman who answered couldn't answer 1 thing. Luckily he did get his shots. The rest of what I paid (approx. $60) was was in no way worth the money.

This cold's actually customer service line. For the most part they're really good at their job, but like as many places sometimes they drop the ball. They have always been great and have always answered questions to help take care of my furbabies.

Banfield is a complete joke! Our dog sadly had to be euthanized on Tuesday, and when my husband called to cancel the Banfield Wellness Plan, he was told that we have to pay until February 2024. This is a bunch of garbage! When you sign up for these plans, they do not give you these details. They make it sound so great and consider it to be a bit like pet insurance, but it is no such thing!!! Banfield does not care about your pets, they care about the money and bank of people's love of their animals!! Shame on you Banfield!! I will NEVER EVER take any future dog I may have to Banfield.

I’ve had Banfield for about 12 years with my dogs, so I love the service. But this location is always closing early! Website and voicemail says they close at 6 p.m., but it’s usually close when I call before that time. It’s 5:14 right now, and they’re already closed. Either please update the hours, or look into why this location is closing early, reducing service hours.

Finding another vet Have hours of operation they don't seem to honor. on more than one occasion just randomly close up shop hours before scheduled time. Sometimes don't answer the phone even when they are open. I've only had to bring my pup in once yet have already experienced this when I originally brought her in and I didn't think much of it but it's happened again when I needed something for my girl. Doesn't seem very professional.

I’ve been taking my dogs to Banfield for many years and really like the services they provide. Their in house pet insurance is affordable and covers all vaccines & they even offer plans that cover dental cleanings.

Started using banfield in New Mexico and the service and care were great. Since moving to Phoenix I can’t say the same. They refuse to let you go into a room with your pet. They hardly answer their phone and if they do you’re on hold forever. You feel like a burden bringing your pet in. I have 4 dogs on wellness plans and one by one have been removing and switching vets. I could never recommend this vet or corporation to anyone

Only good thing was the front office staff was nice. Feel ripped off! After waiting a month for an appointment with Dr. Dana Robinson to be seen for rabies vaccine, allergies, and to look at a spot on my dogs back i agreed to pay $160 for the visit. all that was done was rabies vaccine. Never got to speak with the Dr. Robinson as my dog was taken to the back and brought back to the lobby after. You would think for a month wait and $160 I could be brought into an exam room with my dog and then have a consult or some level of summary provided by the veterinarian. Guess I have to pay for another appointment to get my other concerns addressed (allergies, spot on back). I can say this it won’t be here. Don’t care to come back. Oh wait she forgot to sign the rabies vaccination certificate guess I have to. Rushed, missed concerns, and over priced.

I swore to never bring another animal to this place. However, I recently rescued a dog who desperately needed dental attention and they had the earliest available appt and most affordable pricing. So, I thought I would try again after a few years.I was told to bring him in the morning, the procedure would take 30 min and they would monitor him for 2 hours after. great. I dropped him off at 9, they did not even START the procedure until around 4:30 pm, when I showed up at 6pm (closing time), they said he was good to go. How is that safe or quality care to send him home before the 2 hour period? I received no updates during the day, in fact I had to call myself to check. Nobody notified me or asked permission to extract the 4 teeth that they did. News to me when I picked him up. I asked for an operation report or some kind of documentation on what they did, and was looked at like I had 3 heads to ask for this.If it wasn't for the schedule and the price, I would have never chosen this corporate-run hospital that has the worst customer service and patient care skills. Choose a private practice and save yourself the headache. Your babies deserve better <3
