Banfield hospital made a drop off appointment for injury cat, but weren't open business hours change cat is now ASPCA euthanasia bound. Waste of money waste of time. I'll never own any more pets after this. Or go to this vet or PetSmart

Dr. Alsaqa was the best vet I've taken my cat to in years. She listened & understood my concerns about my elderly baby (cat). She was the first in 6 years to treat my cat as an individual instead of lumping her into a 'normal cat' category.

Very very unhappy with this location. The worst vet services I have ever had. All they did upsell me the entire time, traumatized my cat & when all was done what I came in for was not taken care of.

Couldn't be happier for their staff taking in my pup on such short and unexpected notice. Will definitely return, even if they are further away

Listened to my concerns and had excellent customer service. This Banfield is at Shea and Tatum. This review is for that location only.

Banfield is the best way to get your puppy or kitten taken care of for cheap the first year at least. They're wonderful and very affordable. Highly recommend

At first my experience at this clinic was okay however my last visit went horribly. My last visit ended with the vet or vet tech throwing my dog on the floor. He was limping when we got home and since this happened we have not been back into this clinic nor do I want to go to any other banfield again. My contract was supposed to be up in September or October of 2021 as I was under the impression that I signed up for a year contract and that it would be cancelled after the year. When signing up for this membership (it’s not an insurance even though I was sold on it being an insurance program by the front desk). This was not the case. It is now May and I am still being charged. I have been attempting to get into contact with the General Manager about cancelling my account and being refunded for the months of being charged after my contract was supposed to be cancelled. I began calling in October and spoke to the head vet and she explained to me that I needed to call the customer service line so I did. They weren’t sure what to do and told me I needed to pay to cancel my contract (again, was never informed of this when signing the contract) so I called my home location and asked to speak to the GM and the front desk employee told me they would call me back tomorrow . Weeks went by and I didn’t hear from them so I called again. “The managers not in” and I said “okay can you please tell them to call me back?” The front desk said yes (this was in December) . It is now January and I haven’t been called by the clinic so I called again. Long story short I began calling frequently to speak with the GM- “she’s not here”, “they’ll get back to you”, etc I’ve been hearing this for months. In April I finally got ahold of the GM and he even agreed that this issue should’ve been brought up to him much sooner (so what was the front desk doing the entire time I was calling asking to speak to management) and I explained to him the situation and he apologized for how my pet was mishandled but didn’t do anything to correct the situation. Then we spoke about my contract and he had an attitude, was rude on the phone, and overall disrespectful to me and told me “I will call you back tomorrow with a solution”. It has been over a month that I’ve been waiting for the phone call. To say I’m disappointed in banfields customer service is an understatement. The dishonesty and lack of customer service is why I am writing this review. I would like to speak to someone in regards to my account and create a solution to solve this issue.

I have a 6 month old golden retriever. They have treated her like she was their own. The staff has always been friendly, professional, and very courteous. I would highly recommend there puppy their puppy care program. It really helps with the cost of caring for your puppies.

We recently took our small dog in to get her teeth cleaned after a few years. Unfortunately, it was decided that several teeth had to be pulled. My mom and I were concerned and worried for our dear dog. Our only complaint is that she has severe anxiety, and they do not make adjustments for that. On a great note, ASHLI was the most kind and loving technician and really put us at ease. Upon our arrival and shopping for new food for our dog, she found us in the store and told us how well she did in her surgery and recovery. ASHLI truly does her job well and is such a caring spirit. She truly gave us peace during a stressful time.

absolutely the worst experience ever. Take your pets to a real outfit. They quoted me a price. Showed up for the appointment and automatically added $100 bucks for a office visit. Then they called back and of course the phone does not ring, one of those instant voicemails by there slim ball doctors. Now there wanting to give you an update with an extra $300 to the bill. Not about the money. This place is as dishonest as i have ever4 seen!

The Banfield staff was able to squeeze me in right away as my dog was having diarrhea. The staff at this location is always friendly and the doctor was very helpful, caring and thorough with our pup

We just moved here. We have been taking our dogs to a different Banfield location. However I took my bulldog here due to scheduling. I dropped him off at 8am after he was experiencing explosive diarrhea /vomiting. Two days after our other bulldog went in for the same symptoms. I called at 2pm. No update. Called back at 4pm and was asked if they could administer a anti nausea shot I had already authorized this morning. The vet tech on the phone said she didn't realize he was having diarrhea as well as vomiting. They were not to going to prescribe anti diarrhea meds. (They sent him home with anti diarrhea meds half as strong as our smaller dogs dosage) I decided to drive over there after the lack of knowledge of my dogs situation. The dr came out and I was told only 1 test had been run on him for parasites. Which was negative. I also insisted fluids. She told me 3 times he wasn't dehydrated. I had just been through this 2 days ago with my other dog and the other Banfield location insisted diarrhea can create a critical situation if the pet becomes dehydrated. She proceeded to lecture me about my dogs diet. We had done extensive testing to get him on the correct food and had not switched it in years. She was very defensive instead of trying to find a solution. When we got in the car, I noticed he was covered in dried vomit which no one at the vet warned me about. I took him home. He drank 2 bowls of water and vomited the water up almost immediately and refused to eat. I had fo take him to the emergency vet 30 mins after he spend the entire day at this Banfield. He was severely dehydrated and continued to have the same symptoms this location didn't address. I will never come back here. They put my dog in danger of severe dehydration and released him covered in vomit with no attempt to clean it.
