Banker Angela is racist. She refuses to help you unless you're Hispanic. I had an appointment on Valentine's Day with her and after three minutes she pushed me off to another banker just like when I opened my account. They won't let you wire money unless it's south of the border. They're closing my account but still accepted a cash deposit from me instead of informing me my account was in the middle of closure stealing $20,000.00. Teller Natalie Rosales deliberately lied to me and said my card didn't work cause it was reported lost or stolen. When you walk into a bank where you bank at you expect to be treated equally as everyone else and at boa at the location on N 16th St you're not. Angela used the excuse I didn't have an appointment but other people didn't either and were still helped by her including two Hispanic guys that barged into her cubicle.i shouldn't of had to call customer service since I didn't deposit 20k with customer service and they didn't give me a logical or ethical reason for closing my account except saying because we can because they closed it to discriminate against me. I will not be recommending anyone friend or enemy to bank at bank of America ever frankly since they discriminate against people they should be closed down.

Walkin at noon, 2 friendly tellers multiple people in and out very fast. They've implemented both new deposit functions and was the first branch that ever offered email receipt instead of just giving the paper one.(Both tellers were whispering to each other about a client that they did just serve before me, first time I've noticed that)

Terrible customer service, asked a question in English and got responded to in Spanish? Not sure how that works. Asked if there was a business bank available and someone put up a finger to me responded in Spanish and kept walking to an office and closed the door. Don’t even waste your time with BofA anymore waste of time and effort

I didn't want to believe the reviews but it's true this branch of bank of America is a dishonest bank who must be losing market share because they kept my direct deposit for over 3 weeks with no apology or explanation. Then recently I made a counter deposit and the date they told me i was supposed to have access to my funds was a complete lie i did not receive it until a month later. Do not deposit wire or do any kind of business at this branch or any bank of america

Worst customer service I've ever seen. When I arrive there's no way to check in so I take a seat with others who are waiting. 10 minutes or so go by and someone asks if I've been helped. I say no but point to someone who was there first. The woman assists him, and then starts helping others who had just walked in, leaving me sitting there. I had to get her attention again as she was walking back to her office. She said she would ~try~ to help me that day. I heard her tell others that they close at 4 and they'd have to come it's back. I got there right after 3. I have never seen a business turn away customers because they're about to close. No one likes to stay at work late but in almost every industry, it's part of the gig. I'll try my luck with a different branch.

Angela and her manager that supported her instead of me, the customer, were rude. Angela gave attitude when I was not a happy customer so I went to another Bank of America and reported the incident and they made an official complaint. Customer service here is poor. One of the ladies at the other bank said they constantly get customers coming to them complaining about this Bank of America on 16th and Osborne. I now know why.

The teller line is always very long. They know it and don't care, 15 people in line and 1 teller. Luckily I only have 2 more months to pay off my account. After that I will be looking for another bank!

This low grade is for the entire Bank of America. Mr. Amadeo Giannini, the founder, would be appalled and ashamed at how bof now treats its customers. They are awful as evidenced by my experiences earlier this year whilst trying to procured a replacement card when mine had been compromised. Also, their Disputes Department is awful and gives a plethora of conflicting information. This includes a female back in October, name not available, but they have record of it. Followed by Lynn #9YYMB, Mike #XM8KG, Randy #BSQMT and the others I've spoken with who would not provide me with their id numbers. And Randy's manager from/in Phoenix AZ who was supposed to telephone me 11/16, between around 2 or 3 pm Pacific Time. They never did, nor have they followed up with me to date. I believe the manager who was supposed to telephone me is a female. I made myself available and waited all afternoon, and he/she never telephoned me. As I said, Mr. Amadeo Giannini would be disgusted.

This location is absolutely the worse!! It’s the closest to where I live. I don’t go there often because when I do I’m always waiting over 20 minutes. They’re understaffed. I asked for quarters once, a teller asked if I had an account there after I waited in line for 20 minutes. When I told her I did she said she didn’t think they had 40 bucks in quarters. I had to wait until another teller got off their lunch break to get them. DON’t WAISTE YOUR TIME HERE. It’s worth the 6minute drive to visit the CAMELBACK AND 20th st location. I’m always in and out there. The teller’s are very helpful at the camelback location.

I don’t know why I bother to give them a bad review, they obviously don’t care, no intention to increase teller staff. They closed the Drive Up too.I recommend to move your accounts to a Credit Union, where you matter

I had 2 horrible experiences at this location. I had a hard time opening an account that I started via online. I just needed to verify my identity. They wouldn’t do it. And I just tried to deposit cash into my mothers account they don’t they don’t accept cash. That I would have to deposit it into my account then transfer or get a money order or check. This seem werid. How does a bank not accept cash? I have deposited money into her account before with cash wirh no problem.

Worst location ever, went directly in at opening time. At least 15 people came in also, they only had one teller so stood in line for over 40 minutes. Very frustrating. I asked about more tellers and they said they only have one for today but in reading reviews it seems they never have more than one. Don’t come to this location unless you have time to waste.
