Considering the quality of most customer service jobs are getting worse, mostly because of the business owners and customers themselves, Andrea was a breath of fresh air!❤️

Today we went to the bank to inquire about a car loan. We also thought that if we were interested we would move from our current bank to Bank of American. But to our surprise they did not want to assist us or give us information if we did not open an account. The manager laughed when we asked him to speak to a banker in Spanish. We told him that a cashier told us to go make an appointment. The angry man goes towards the cashiers, with an arrogant and despotic manner he spoke to them. They were seen being intimated by his boss. It was the arrogance how he addressed his colleagues. I don't care if you're the manager, you treat me with respect and the girls too. We left incredible because of how he treated us. But above all seeing how he treated the girls. I will not return to that branch. I hope they take action and don't treat their colleagues like this.

There’s 20 people working and 1 teller window open, while there’s a line to the door of customers and everyone just tries to reassure the customers that they’re working as fast as they can. Branch manager, open a window and help your customers!
The wait time here is the worst and that’s a constant you can count on because it’s not customer service.

We thought BofA could not get any worse with customer service, shutting down branches and satellite offices but they have reached a new low in our minds. We took out $1000 from the Ray Road office ATM only to find that when we counted it in the car the amount was $200 short. We immediately went inside the branch to file a case and was told they cannot process the claim - we had to call a special number to file a claim. BofA credited our acct the $200 and said an investigation would commence. Two weeks later we get a message that the claim has been closed and they removed $200 from our account. Basically they say we are lying about the shortage at the ATM. This is the last straw after many poor service encounters over the past 3 years and after banking with BofA for 25 years we are closing all our accounts. Also can’t believe all the negative reviews of this bank on this site. All revolving around poor customer service.

The number listed on the Google maps is not for the bank itself. If you have banking questions there is no easy pathway to calling the bank itself.

If there was no stars I’ll give it too, had an appointment at 10:30, had to wait for an hour and no one did apologize for the delay.

Amazing job Joe did,and his manager, here is what happened, same service request, wire money to title company, which is critical important for me to buy house, I was in branch office corner of warner and McClintock, took me about one hour served by 2 bankers, didn't success, what they told me is that I don't have debit card, I give them driver license and other credit cards to show I am I, but they are not willing to help a loyal customer, then I have to leave, and try to do it online, but doesn't work, finally I try to give last try in ray and 48th street branch, then hula,no appointment, they give me a position, and finished the wire money in 10 minutes,AmazingSame common daily job , see the big difference from different people and manager

It's absolutely shocking that I am at this branch in the middle of a very busy day and there are 14 people in line and they have ONE teller working. This is one of the worst B of A branches I've ever visited. The employees are all half asleep. A 31 minute wait for a basic transaction? Embarras
