I have my Medicare Part D with Banner RX this year. Never again. All other plans I have had put the pharmacy number on the bottle but not Banner. They put their own number and you have to go through their gatekeeper before you can talk to the pharmacy (Express Scripts) to get a refill or have a question. It takes a lot of waiting and frustration. I am on my third call this morning trying to get my issue resolved. A lot of wasted time. A while back I asked the pharmacist why the pharmacy number wasn't used for direct contact and he acted like he wasn't aware of it.

Pharmacy is actually located in the hospital near one of the entrances. However it should be open later in the evening for patients that are discharged late. I had to pick up scripts for my husband and they forgot two major items and I had to go back twice. Being discharged without medication seems like it defeats the purpose.

Was sent here for a CT by a urgent care was treated poorly by staff and lied to by staff as well was told it would be only an hour then 6 hours later was still waiting and being treated poorly when asked so all day waisted because they didn't want to do there job right I would rather die than return to that filthy nasty rude hospital

Very convenient if you are staying at the hospital with the pharmacy in it so you don’t have to worry about running around town to fill prescriptions after a painful surgery when released. The bad part was they could have asked me who my prescription carrier was and set them up ahead of time but instead I had to call and give/get all the details for them. Not a big deal but if you want the business then you should do the leg work to secure it.

I was told I had a $75 copay. I told him my plan doesn't have a copay up front I get billed. So he changed it to I have not met my deductible. I told him I had. He said he woul have no way of checking if did. I asked why are you trying to charge me 75 at the most you will charge me 10% because that is what my plan does not cover. So unless this visit is $750 then no. He proceeded to tell me this is Banners policy to charge 75 regardless of your plans coverage and if yoy over pay to send the money back to you. I told him I was there in September and they billed me $11.52. If this is true that is truly a shady practice. I pay premiums for a reason. I will not return. This place is never busy I wonder why. I was there before and the Nurse Practitoner was very nice which is why I went back to thi facility. Never again.
