Physical therapy really help with my neck issues my trainer was awesome! He listened and really helped me able to move my neck and not having to sleep with a neck pillow anymore. Very good ,All I can say is as long as I apply myself to the exercises then I should be able to walk normal,WITH NO damn cane lol.
