I had a problem with an album not having a photo card and when I tried to just get a exchange they walked away and talked on the side about how it was not their problem but a manufacturer problem and that they pretty much shouldn’t have to deal with it plus this man named Justin somehow couldn’t find my record after scanning my card and my membership still could somehow not find a record and would not give me an exchange even though in the policy they have to since it’s defective, if I could I would leave this man alone zero stars like I seriously hope he reads this cause it might help him be a nicer person to people and not so everything about me says I don’t believe you and think you’re ridiculous and also not my problem

This location is ok. But it’s ridiculous that the bathroom doors are locked. Paying customers shouldn’t be treated like criminals. Locking the bathrooms makes the location seem like it’s in a poor area. I shouldn’t have to ask like a child for someone to unlock the door for me to use the bathroom after dropping $100 on books

Fairly rough Barnes and Noble. Didn’t have that regular B&N vibe and feel. Instead it was fairly dirty, worn down, really hot inside and didn’t have the trademark new book & Starbucks coffee smell. Smelt more like an old church that had not been taken care of in awhile and needed tending to… I would recommend driving a few extra miles to check out a different spot.

A Classic Barns & Noble store with a Starbucks inside has tables for work and readings. The newer B&N has more modernized interior decor and brighter lighting, but I prefer to this old-fashion one for a quiet time with a coffee and book on a table and chair. Just like the college library vibe I miss after graduation.
Alert, ask the staff for the door code before rushing to the restroom. ?

The books were marked up more than what other barnes and the website had books marked as. I have never seen a barnes mark up their books.

Alot of books. Could have stayed in there all day. Having starbucks was is an added bonus too
