Just left out of this store and the service was horrible. The staff was very condensing when asking questions. Making demands that we give them certain information to request a book. Wow!!!

Barnes and noble was great. However, I asked for a frappe to be made with decaf coffee and they gave me regular. I ended up getting heart palpitations. Not cool. My doctor agrees, not cool.

When offering special events that need to be signed up for the employees should be trained on what to do. I called earlier this week and they told me there was no need to sign up for the free Lego event as they had “tons” and now when I called to double check it’s too late to reserve anything and all spots are filled. Both times I called employees were curt and rude.

If you are a reader nothing better than a book store. Grab a book or books then take your purchases and enjoy in the Cafe.

Don't get me wrong, I love brick and mortar book stores, but the prices here are just not competitive. I could understand having a reasonable markup to cover store costs, but having the books be 3-4 times as much as other retailers or websites is absurd.
