Baseline Flowers is a wonderful florist with amazing service and beautiful, gorgeous flowers. They have an amazing, really cute shop space in south Phoenix that proudly displays their history. Customers praise the easy online ordering, prompt delivery, and the ability to trust the business even from out of state. The staff is wonderful and easy to work with, creating perfect, vibrant arrangements that last. They also offer great local artist creations and other gifts. Many call it their go-to place, becoming forever fans after receiving gorgeous bouquets, even in a time crunch. The flowers are consistently described as absolutely beautiful, high quality, and amazing.
Great customer service. Baseline Flowers had a nice selection of floral arrangements to choose from. It was especially nice that Kathy was able to accommodate a special request I had. I would be happy to use them again and to recommend them in the future.

The crap the pulled the Saturday after valentines was BS. You couldn’t buy a dozen roses because they were handing them all up free but not to their customers. For some promotion. Infuriating.

WOW! Kathy is amazing, love that this is a long time family business with reasonable pricing. She put such thought into our wedding flowers and took the time to schedule a call to help me create my vision. 10/10 recommend, brides look no further.
