?????????? An Exceptional and Heartwarming Experience! I am beyond grateful to have found Ayat and the amazing crew at Bashes Pharmacy on McDowell Mountain Ranch. Their level of care, kindness, and thoughtfulness is truly exceptional. From the moment I stepped foot into the pharmacy, Ayat's warm and genuine demeanor immediately put me at ease. Her kindness and sweet nature radiate in every interaction. She goes above and beyond to ensure that every patient feels valued and cared for. What truly sets Ayat apart is her exceptional communication skills. She takes the time to listen attentively to every concern, making sure that she fully understands the needs of each patient. Her ability to effectively communicate and provide clear explanations is truly amazing. I always leave the pharmacy with a deep sense of understanding and trust. It was disheartening to witness the decline of service and care at CVS. I had been loyal to CVS pharmacy for 20 years, but over the last three years, every time I had to pick up my medication, I felt nervous and saddened by the lack of empathy and compassion. The reviews I read about CVS and the terrible experiences people were having only confirmed my own observations. Discrimination was also an issue, as I witnessed an incident where a patient was treated poorly and ended up having the police called on him. It was truly disheartening. However, Bashes Pharmacy and Ayat have reminded me that there are still pharmacies that genuinely care about their patients. Their unwavering commitment to providing exceptional service is a shining example for others to follow. Ayat's kindness, thoughtfulness, and genuine care for patients are truly commendable.I wholeheartedly recommend Bashes Pharmacy to anyone in need of a pharmacy that puts patients first. Ayat and the rest of the crew have created an environment where patients feel heard, valued, and cared for. CVS and other pharmacies could learn so much from Ayat and the team at Bashes Pharmacy.Thank you, Ayat, for being an extraordinary pharmacist and providing an exceptional pharmacy experience. This review falls short in expressing the depth of gratitude and admiration I hold for you. Bashes Pharmacy deserves more than just five stars!

Worst bait and switch pharmacy scam I’ve seen. Advertise one price and will only sell at a much higher price.Go to an honest pharmacy

Don is also a psychopath, failed doctor, who can't be around kids. He uses a false sense of power to pleasure himself to...when it's not little kids. They never have a medication and lie about prices.

I love Bashas but the deli department is just awful. I have yet to get out of there in under 5 minutes. Today I go up and ask for an 8 piece chicken with no thighs but anything else. They say they can't substitute. I say ok just charge me for an 8 piece and you can have my thighs for lunch if you're hungry.

Allowing a pharmacist to use your location to spread misinformation and outright lies. Are you okay with more COVID deaths? Cashell Southwick is killing people. How can anyone trust her to administer the vaccine when she is lying on TikTok.

Pizza at this place is so good. Gets an excellent char on it and for a 16" cheese pizza 7.99 is fair, but they often run sales and make it even more appealing and you can walk it over to the Cactus Taproom at the same shopping center and get yourself a great tap beer to go along it. They also sell slices which is hard to find anywhere anymore, so if you need a tasty snack....

Always order my cakes and breads from here. My moms birthday is today and I ordered our usual marble cake...when I ordered the girl was extremely rude. I ordered a quarter sheet cake double layer with whipped cream icing in the middle. After cutting into the cake there was no double layer. I wouldn't even mind except the girl was so rude, even while waiting another customermentionedhow rude she was....I'll go to Costco for my cake as long as shes working there

Not my favorite store but I go in to get things on the way home, and they usually have everything I'm looking for. It's a clean store and they have the Starbucks which is awesome. But Shirley at the checkout talks about unnecessary things to customers and is really irritating when I went in line and seen her interacting with the customers in front of me. Besides that she scanned the little card for the person who didn't have a card and when I came and said I have the form and haven't filled it out yet she was quick to be rude about it and didn't scan it for me. So if I see her next time I will avoid her line.

I'm giving two stars because they have the best bakery. If I need a cake or a bakery I am I will go out of my way to stop here because it's that good. With that being said the deli section Leaves a lot to be desired. Somewhat miserable unhappy employees working there. It's always a wait while they decide whether or not they're going to ask you if they can help you. The other day once again against my better judgment I stopped to pick up a meal. Do you know that woman behind the counter looked up, saw me there and continued to do what she was doing. Ok no big deal. When she was done she looks over at me again and still ignores me and goes over to the pizza and start tidying it up. Finally she comes over by that time I was pissed. Da when you see a customer you stop what you're doing and wait on the customer. It's not only her but other employees does the same thing and getting frustrated pissed off work when they have to stop what they're doing to wait on you. I don't need this bull crap. There's a bigger and better selection at fries The register people have been friendly but meat/deli have The weirdest attitude

This is the closest supermarket to my house. The bakery and Starbucks are super convenient. The selection isn't as good as Frys ( they used to make pico de Gallo in the deli and stopped offering it). Now I'll drive to frys for our taco night stuff just because I can't find everything I need here. I wish they had self checkout like the Bashas at 32nd st !

Sometimes purchase meat and produce from Bashas, Gilbert and while the store is neat and clean, had a couple of issues. First, purchased ground beef that looked fresh and had a good expiration date. Opened the package and found while the top was red, brown (older) meat was mixed in with it. Second, their produce can be overripe. Perhaps people use it for baking where it does not matter. The ground beef was the most disturbing.

Where are the self checkouts? The lines stack up very quick here so be prepared to wait.

I don't write too many Yelp reviews at all, whether good or bad but I think on this occasion, it is definitely warranted. As I write this review, I am currently sitting at the Starbucks inside this Bashas' Supermarket completely annoyed at the lack of professionalism from the Managers at this location. I stopped here due to getting an oil change at the Firestone, which is going to take a couple of hours minimum. After sitting down and attempting to connect to the WiFi network here, I found it was not broadcasting. I asked one of the young ladies about it and she did not know what was going on. I then asked her if she could please ask the manager about it. She came back a few minutes later and told me that none of the managers knew anything about it or where the "box" was located. No indication of whether they were going to engage a technical support/IT resource to look into this or not. To me, this is completely unprofessional and as a customer, I think I deserve at least a courtesy answer or perhaps a sign should be put up informing customers that the wireless network is unavailable. This is not the Bashas' that I've come to know over the many, many years I've lived here in Phoenix. Please fix this! Thank you!
