The guy in your deli department either hates his job or people, not friendly. 2 stars instead of 1 because the guy on the butcher side was nice enough to check in with me and grab the deli guy’s attention so he would help.

The manager that assisted my wife was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. However, the cashier had a very poor attitude and carelessly dropped the box of rockstar energy drinks in the cart which ruptured two of the cans. Unfortunately, this was not realized until she got home and discovered they had leaked all over the back seat of her car.

I feel prices are higher than other grocers, cashiers aren't the most friendly and the self checkout seems to need human assistance for most transactions. There's a sausage we like and the last 3 times the meat was out of Date by 2 months!!!!

Appears that they are forcing self checkout. Only one staffed cashier who was very slow. Store nice clean and well stocked and ok if you wish to do self checkout but would not recommend if you do not want to self checkout and have a lot of extra time to waste

Store is dingy, customer service sucks, deli clerk behind deli stuffing her face, isle 4 has no scale and the old man said he can’t check me out after I told him that I will put bananas and grapes away. $300 in cash sale and this is what I get. They can put all my groceries back now. Basha stores have high prices, and the still suck at customer service. Safeway or Fry’s is the best alternative.

Nice store. Not busy at all on Sunday. Prices on line with other larger chains. They have some unique items, more local produce, and very good donuts. I will shop there again and then add an updated rating. Oh, and the people working there were very friendly.

The customer service in the Starbucks was horrible I paid for my items and was told after I sat and waited that my drink didn’t have any boba which was the reason we went and ordered our lemonade refresher. The barista was in a bad mood since we walked in didn’t greet us just started at us until we ordered. We will never go back again very disappointing

Basha's is a great grocery store. I often go for my weekly shopping. Prices are comparable to Fry's and Safeway. The employees are very welcoming.

2 stars because the store was relatively clean and appeared to be organized
But $7.49 for Tillamook ice cream? Talk about robbery, Safeway down the street has it for $4.99
First time in a Basha's and it will definitely be my last.
