Went in with Christmas gift cards and tried to buy my kids some stuff. Their system glitched and wiped the balance off 2 of my cards. There is no manager that can override, so they call a 1-800 just to be told it can take up to 24 hours for them to reload my cards so I would need to come back. So my 30 minutes of standing at the register was for nothing. What happened to the days when the customer was taken care of? What if I didn't have a car? Or didnt live close? I should have been discounted the 20$ they screwed me out of and been able to leave with my items. I feel bad for the women working here because bath and body works system failed them, but this was not good service. I have spent literally 1000s of dollars at bath and body works. I won't be back after this.

Absolutely terrible customer service from management! I bought several candles online to pick up at the Christown location. I picked them up and after getting home I realized some were the incorrect scents no biggie. When I went back to this store and exchanged three candles for different scents they refunded me and then recharged me but it was now a different price. I asked why it’s an even exchange? She said “different prices online I guess for taxes.” I explained I still wasn’t clear why I was paying a few dollars additional now. I also now had to wait for a refund and be recharged. No apologies for the mistakes of wrong scents (making an additional trip) and for the original associate incorrectly doing the exchange even after asking “so it’s an even exchange right?” Instead I get major attitude and bad manager vibes and a “ok I’ll fix it you get a .06 $ return to your card.” She was the most incredibly rude employee I have ever encountered at bath and body works. I also planned on purchasing 6 body sprays for additional Christmas gifts but she had me so upset I just left and plan on going to another location from now on! Go to another location and save yourselves the headache!

Do not go to this location. I came into this store on my birthday with my granddaughter in hopes of finding a few products for myself. Going into the store, the layout was fine. My problem was the staff, I came to the register and received horrible customer service and rude behavior, no eye contact. When I spoke to the manager Carlos about what had happened, this young lady was laughing, mocking, and rolling her eyes at me. After the conversation, I was dismissed by the manager. It was unprofessional by all means. They treated me as if at my age I was stupid. And that is not at all the case. the worst experience of my life. 0/10 would not be recommended. They know how overpriced and ridiculous the store is, and I came in there to purchase something, and now i am looking for a new place to purchase my lotions and body sprays.

Im so disappointed of this store, I’ve been purchasing BB&W for years and I usually never had a problem redeeming my rewards but yesterday and today I tried to redeem my 20% off and the guy (I wish I knew his name) said I couldn’t combine the $10 off and my cupon I had so I said “okay” but the guy wouldn’t even take neither of both. I’m never coming back to this location. I’m hoping the manager read this comment so they can train their employees properly. FYI I came to another location and they even the cashier mention about my other $10 off with no problem at all combining both.

I just dropped all that money for you to approach me as if I'm stealing your tester as I leave. I had three bags of purchased items.why do I need to steal your teaster. Girl bye. Terrible experience the moment I walked in.

Employees dont come to register you have to get their attention and then they barely acknowledge you when you’re checking out. And they have products on the shevles in empty boxes yet they have none in the back, which is a little frustrating.

I have ordered online 3different times and every time I go to pick up my order something happens with my order it’s either not there or there out of the item but when I order the item it doesn’t tell u that the items is out of stock I’m very upset they had to cancel my item candle and then I called customer service and they wanted me to pay for it again after I already paid for it and I have to wait 3 to 5 days before I get my money back !!! I’m very disappointed

Visited the store today 4/5/24. Employee by the name of Adrianna was rude. I find her comments / questions to be condescending and inappropriate. She should tend to her customer service position and not worry about assisting customers with unsolicited comments or questions.
I have been to this location 3 times this month and each time she does or says something to make me feel uncomfortable. Some employees greet you kindly while others completely ignore you.

I loved it here! It’s right next to the ulta beauty and I didn’t read her name tag right but Cindy if that’s the correct way to spell it was so wonderful to me and helped me out with picking certain things I wanted to buy. I’m definitely coming back again.

I LOVE Bath & Body Works. I'm always eager to give them my money and this time was no exception, I got away with 2 3-wick candles this time. At the Christown location I experienced something I don't think I have before. Male associates outnumbered female associates. It was nice & refreshing. It was a pleasure shopping there. I usually shop online(it's very hard & requires a lot of planning, needing someone to drive me), but being there in person allowed me to smell fragrances that I would normally. I even ended up buying one of those fragrances. The store was very neat and clean despite it being a busy Sunday and all associates were helping customers or ringing up their purchases. I would definitely shop at this location again.

Best experience I have had at any Bath and Body Works!. We were immediately greeted by Katie. She was wonderful and helped me buy gifts for my daughter for Christmas, asking questions to help find the right scent and products that were not overwhelming. She was absolutely wonderful and super friendly, walking us up to the register and waited with us engaging in friendly chit-chat! If you are in the area, I highly recommend this store. Very happy with my purchase and can't wait for my daughter to open her B&BW gift! I know she'll love it.
