Short staffed, forced to go in the regular line for an online order due to this. Recent Online orders constantly canceled as well. Service not so great for me personally, anyway. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I went to pick up an online order and I was told they don’t price match when you pick up your online order. Lady claimed she’s worked there 7 years and has never heard of that. If I had known this location doesn’t do that I would have not placed my online order here as I did want more items I just wanted to smell them in person. Instead of looking at me like I’m crazy she could have gotten a manager but didn’t. Palm Valley west BBW does that and encourages employees to let the customers know about this so I figured this store was the same. If they didn’t that’s fine my problem is why was it so hard to ask the manager a simple quick question instead of standing there ignoring me. I could have entered my self but they are letting people enter in small groups today, but she has the liberty of going in and out. Just upsetting. They also don’t pick up the phone and from the outside the store looked like a mess unorganized.

Staff is always exceptional and very friendly but PLEASE update Sunday hours. 😡
This location is open ONLY TILL 6:00 P.M. on Sunday NOT 9:00 P.M. like they advertised online..

Got talked down to by a lady named Erica I believe, and I'm just in disbelief how she spoke to me, making me feel little. She was getting upset because an item that I purchased online to pick up in store wasn't in the store so my order was incomplete, and I tried getting a different item in the store and she yelled at me saying I wasn't able to purchase the item because it wasn't the item I had got and I was willing to pay any difference, she kept saying how that wasn't the item and how I can't purchase it, but fortunately the other girl at the register let me purchase the item. Corporate if you're reading this please get a hold of ERICA and set her straight I'm not the first or last customer she's spoken down too.
