BUYER BEWARE!Phoenix Battery Assist lacks professionalism, accountability and does not demonstrate good faith in its services nor its business practices. The company applied shoddy workmanship and holds itself to a low standard in both repairs and customer service. Installing a new battery is fairly common on the scale of car repairs and is supposed to be Battery Assist's niche. Yet, their new battery installation has caused significant damage to systems otherwise working properly prior to this new battery installation.Phoenix Battery Assist denies assessments made by a qualified, reputable auto dealership Service Manager who tested, reset and witnessed damage. Lack of accountability has resulted in hundreds of dollars of repairs needed to resolve the damage incurred by Battery Assist.Phoenix Battery Assist claims it has no responsibility whatsoever about the damage caused or, seemingly, their long term relationship with AAA as a preferred service vendor.Curious that some reviews for Phoenix Battery Assist listed on other platforms are also poor ratings with similar experiences, and appear to be posted by women. The picture being painted speaks volumes.Should you require battery services for your vehicle, look elsewhere. Save yourselves from this highly-questionable AAA service vendor.

Gregg did a great removing the worn out battery that left me stranded. The're part of AAA. This was the first time I used the service . Not bad. Saved me a lot money. Great warranty. To bad the plastic shroud fell off where the battery was at. Besides that great company.

Joshua K took advantage of and ripped off an elderly woman. My battery gauge was reading 0. Joshua said one of the battery cells was dead. I told him the battery was only 3 weeks old (can be verified by Martin's Auto). He told me it was a old battery. I asked him wasn't there a date on the battery. He told me they do not do that anymore. He did not try to charge the battery. Told me my only option was buying a new battery. I wanted to keep the battery he was replacing. He told me it was too dangerous. It would leak in my car and eat my carpeting. According to my mechanic, Martin's Auto, there was never anything wrong with the battery. It was the alternator. Very corrupt business.

Been waiting 2 weeks for Phoenix Battery to respond to AAA to provide them the invoice for the battery they installed which was too small for my vehicle. I cant start my vehicle even when charging it which Phoenix Battery told me the smaller battery would not be a problem.

Absolutely horrible service. Waited 90 minutes before a driver was even assigned to me where I had to sit outside in 100 degree heat. Then once he showed he jumped my car and said the battery wouldn't hold a charge, but it's not bad so he can't replace it, that I had to go to a AAA service center on 51st and Peoria. I specifically asked if it was open and he said yes. Drove over there and guess what they were closed. So now I have to get another jump start to leave my house to go to work in the morning.

If I could rank zero starts I would. The person on the phone is rude. The manager is a joke and has no idea what's going on. I was told I'd have a jump in 90 minutes. Mind you it's AZ in the middle of summer. 3 hours later someone showed up. Double the estimated wait time. And they could care less. How AAA uses this business is beside me and I'll cancel AAA if I ever have to use them again. What a joke.

I want to give a shout out to the manager Jim Potts at Phoenix Battery Service . We had a issue over a warranty on AAA battery that we had purchased 3 yrs ago. Mr Potts went out of his way to come to a conclusion that was very fair for both parties. Transactions are not perfect all of the time and it's not always black and white. How a company handles those situations speaks volumes for the integrity of the company and the fact that the manger was empowered and trusted enough to make the tough decisions . Thanks again Mr Potts

Our battery technician Adam Lowe was awesome! When I called today I knew it would be busy because of the storm: the auto-attendant said the technician would arrive within 90 min but Adam showed up much sooner and was already checking the car when I stepped into my carport. I had already been told we may have an alternator issue as well. I asked him please install a new battery and go from there. He got a battery installed fast; the alternator light was still on and Adam explained what he saw as the issue with the alternator. He advised not to drive it, and called the tow truck. The AAA tow truck technician, Vincent Anderson, was great as well...very courteous and careful with my car. When the mechanic shop called after running tests, Adam's diagnosis on the alternator was 100% correct. I'm so glad we didn't try to DIY with the jumper cables!

Peter V was efficient and quick. Super helpful! He showed up within 20 minutes and jump started my car. It was still under warranty so I didn't need a new battery from AAA but Peter gave me the report to take to my dealership. Thanks for your help Peter!
