This bank is the WORST!! Today 11.23.23 I went in to deposit a check and the large old grumpy woman who appears to be in charge of yelling. Told me I couldn't park where I parked. Naturally I ignored her and she had to say it again and I told her to have ot towed to shut her up. Their only parking spaces for customers are blocked off by barricades due to the light rail work and there is NOTHING that reads not to park parallelto them and i was not parked near the red curb. It would help if the employees would park in the back/north instead of using up all the spaces to the south leaving a place for customers.

After 9+ years with PNC I have lost my home and loss my unborn twins due to South Mountain PNC Bank, bank error. PNC acknowledged their error which caused me great stress and also caused my family and I currently to be living out of a hotel. Well to make a long story short I got a cashier check from them in January 4th 2023 to pay my rent, come to find out the Bank Teller Samuel didn't complete the transaction correctly, making the check not valid. I wasn't notified and they didn’t try to fix the situation at the end of the banking day or the following day, when Samuel’s banking transactions didn’t balance out. My landlord didn't make me aware of this bank error til March 2023. The outcome of this bank error caused an eviction to my family and I, Banyan Preserves thought it was a flagrant check after trying multiple times to process it. After being passed on to multiple PNC agents in different departments , they basically told me YOU’RE SCREWED due to their bank error. They can’t help me but they can make a documentation of this bank error and wish me luck. I’m just asking South Mountain PNC or those who have the authority to make things right

Very poor customer service, I sat in the lobby for two hours before they told me I had to make an appointment, then I did make an appointment then when my appointment came up the bald guy told me to wait and he took another person in my place, very poor customer service

I was charged 3 over draft fees when my account shows I had money to cover all 3 transactions. They are deceitful thieves especially during this time where people are out of work and low on money. My husband is an essential worker and they are literally stealing money out of our account on bogus fees. I'm calling CBS5 on your side Monday to expose them.

Opened an account here and it's been the worst decision of my life. This bank is the worst bank for a walk in service as they don't apparently staff the location. There has been at least 10 people in line non stop with 2....did I mention 2 tellers and 1 personal banker. I have been here for over a half hour waiting for the personal banker who had no clue how to help the customer in front of the rest of us waiting. He has called 5 or 6 different places for help. How about staff your location or maybe ask the customer to wait a min and help the others that have been waiting for soooooooo long. Like I said he has no clue how to help this man but yet the line keeps building and building. I work across the street and need to have a bank that is print in customer service. Hello chase here I come!! Still waiting to close my account as I write this review. Horrible service do not open an account. Ps. They hound me for my mother as well who has passed away and I've given all the info almost a year ago they won't stop harassing me

This place is so unprofessional I called 4 times for someone to answer my question about my account and the second time I called someone picked up the phone and it sounded like a females voice and she said bye as I was about to say something and hung up the 3rd and 4th time I called back no one answered so I gave up and had to call a different location for help .

I meant to leave a review here on Monday but forgot to put it so I have been banking with this company for a while and when ever I had a question about my account I would call and they where so quick to answer but this previous Monday I tried to get in contact with someone at the bank and no one answered the first time but the second time a female answered the phone and she didn't sound professional at all she said was bye all rude and I didn't even have a chance to speak at all because she hung up on me I'm not sure what kind of business they are running here but it's unacceptable!!! Plus I didn't wanna go to the bank because I would of had to wait a long time just for someone to answer my question about my account.

This is my second time coming to this bank for the same incident each time I'm never able to talk to anyone why on earth do you have four desk yet only one rep to help us with account issues? Then they take their precious time to even assist you like you don't have a life. I think it's because they know they done messed someone's account up and really don't want to assist them. I was charged an NSF for a bill I paid of $100 and something dollars yet I had well over $600 in my account explain to me how tf I was charged an NSF?
