I rarely leave reviews and NEVER pull the race card; but the way I was treated by this incompetent racist staff is unacceptable. They tried to send me through hoops and requested that I sign a new application form and update every detail of my profile before they would allow me to make a simple withdrawal. I have been with this bank for 9 years and never encountered such discrimination. I watched the white customers come in and out without a single issue. It was insulting and a complete waste of an hour of my life before I deslcides to go to a more respectable branch that values my service. This should've been a 10 minute transaction after showing my id and bank card. Repulsive.

The ATM is ALWAYS OUT OF SERVICE . You need another atm at this location to sublime t the breakage to the first ATM. Or close this ghetto location and move it.

Waist of time. Made an appointment to open a business account and when we got there the person wasn't working that day. We could've received a phone call before our appointment to reschedule but never got a call. We were supposed to get a call the next morning from Ignacio and it's been now a couple of weeks and still haven't received a call yet.

Ignacio Herrera is supposed to be the manager here but is the most incompetent banker I have ever experienced in my life. He not only gave my money to another person, he stole money from my account by creating his own deposit slip then never gave me the cash but gave me an empty envelope and finally refused to correct it and said he couldGuarantee he was right. So who got my money? He has no access to cameras. The cash wasn’t counted out at the window and the withdrawal he made on his own doesn’t match the amount I requested. How does that add up? Reporting to the BBB and have already made claims with the corporate office. Incompetent is being merciful when describing this entire branch.

I contemplated giving a review to this nature and tried to contact the district manager instead simply for an apology and possibly corrective actions that could be taken to assure that customer service could be improved to include decency for human life but never received any returned calls after leaving a message so here’s my opinion about the branch. They have the most horrible customer service for being a professional establishment that deals with people closely. My dad was a customer at this bank and told the teller he wasn’t feeling well and recently had a stroke. No human kindness or compassion was shown to even call the paramedics or have someone walk him to a vehicle and he passed away in the handicapped parking in a hot car minutes after walking out of the bank. Listen to your customers and have some human decency instead of looking to get them out of your face to assist the next person.

If they don’t have the personnel available to open a account and take my money during banking hours, than any other request I’ll have in the future will fall to the bottom of the priority list. Yikes. The experience was probably a blessing in disguise.

CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT(S). If you don't bank with them KEEP LOOKING for another Bank to do business with. I don't know why BBVA switched to them but it was a mistake. The "people" tried to put a hold on my payroll check. Quoting policy, then when I told them that is illegal, and asked for said policy in writting the so-called-manager laughed at me and said, "GET OUT". Then he had the audacity to call the cops foh. I immediately went home and closed my account.

This branch has their act together! Ignacio, Rocio, and Sally phenomenal! Knowledgeable, hard-working, and great customer service! PNC is lucky to have acquired them in the upcoming takeover.

They should left as BBVA cause waiting in line for 20 mins today and late for work cause they wasn't open yesterday ...for just to deposit money they system was down again like was a week ago already starting off bad ugh customer service is okay they should of came out and said something ....?
