We bought Brand new Ford transit 2025 just in April this year, now the battery is dead at the middle of the road, the monitor screen not working, radio setting, back camera is not working when you do the back break. The bluetooth is not connected to your phone at all. When you call customer services, no one can assist us with the right information, we went to the maintenance service multiple times, they just restart the system and sent the van back to us, tomorrow all the bugs are still there again. We really regret buying this van. I hope the ford owner can resolve this issue asap!!!!!!!

What a circus. Stay away from them. Simple oil change and back up camera recall. 3 days later I got my vehicle back. I have one star because of the only ok part was the text service. Called Lyle to schedule. No call back. Called office to schedule. Picked my vehicle up. 45 minutes later from notification. Was told software update was going slow. Need overnight. 2 days later I get vehicle 2 hours late from notification. Asked to not wash they did anyway. Poor communication, inefficient, and over all poor experience. Drive the 5 miles to Sanderson Ford.

While getting my vehicle serviced, I waited in their waiting area(big room). There's lots of seating, a free snack bar, and a t.v. to keep me entertained.

The sales team did a great job for us! We're traveling and from out of town and we did most of the negotiations over the phone. Once we came to an agreement it took less than an hour and we were on our way. Big thanks to Austin Look!

I have no issue with Ford as a manufacturer—recalls happen. My frustration is entirely with Bell Ford’s service department. Their communication and follow-through have been consistently poor.
I’ve received multiple text messages asking me to schedule the recall repair, only to be told each time that the part “isn’t available right now.” When the appointment was finally confirmed, I had it in writing from Travis that the repair would take 2–3 hours. We dropped the truck off at 8 a.m., and after five hours with no update, I was told it would actually take 24–48 hours — apparently their “typical” turnaround time. That directly contradicts what was promised in writing.
This experience reflects a serious lack of professionalism and reliability. For contrast, Greulich’s has handled all my Ford service needs with excellent communication and follow-through. I’ll be taking my business there from now on.
Update: In the end, we had to take the truck in a second time a day later as the blower they replaced wasn't hooked up correctly, but the service team worked hard to get it all right in the end. Just took some time and effort...

So much for five stars. Just when you think a company has their act together, they turn around and prove you wrong.
Made an appointment to have a recall completed. I was told they would pick up the vehicle between 8:00 and 10:00 and here it is at 12:35 p.m. no phone call and no driver to pick up the car. Texted them and told him I would find another dealer to take it to they're. Only response was I've complained to the manager.
Ridiculous. Find a dealership that cares.

Went here with my Manager. Needed a new key for our work van. Visited parts department who took care of us. Billing was kind of a hassle but it got squared away. Key works great and we were out in an hour or so. Thanks Bell Rd.

Called and asked about a vehicle if it was was available made a deal over the phone and about an hour into my 3 hour drive to pick it up I was told someone was in the process of financing it and it was sold. I wouldn’t trust them with your business
