I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a F150 Lightning Lariat ER from Bell Ford, and I must express my utmost satisfaction with the entire experience, spanning from sales to finance and ultimately, vehicle delivery. Without a doubt, the service I received was exceptional and truly sets Bell Ford apart.In my quest for the perfect Ford dealership, I had the opportunity to contact and visit various establishments, but none could match the level of excellence displayed by Bell Ford. One aspect that particularly impressed me was the remarkable flexibility and understanding exhibited by my sales representative, Courtney. Through seamless communication via text and email, I was able to conduct negotiations with ease—a testament to their commitment to accommodating customer preferences. To top it off, the finance process, efficiently facilitated by Kelly over the phone, took less than 20 minutes—an impressive feat.Notably, Courtney went the extra mile by personally delivering the vehicle to my residence, along with all the necessary paperwork for my signature. Such a level of dedication to customer service is truly commendable and indicative of Bell Ford's commitment to customer satisfaction.However, the exceptional service did not conclude there. When I realized I needed paperwork related to my EV credits, the team at Bell Ford, including Mr. Williams, the General Sales Manager, Kelly from Finance, and Courtney, swiftly attended to my request, ensuring that I received the required documentation in a timely manner. This level of dedication stands in stark contrast to some dealerships that may neglect or lack knowledge in this area, leaving customers frustrated. At Bell Ford, they not only seek answers promptly but also ensure that customers are well taken care of.As a long-time Tesla owner, I am no stranger to streamlined car-buying processes. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Bell Ford's service rivaled the ease of purchasing a Tesla. Love this placeCame to pick up some vehicles to take to Utah and Al thought I was very dirty from working all day the treated me with such high respect.I was over hearing a conversation one of the sales person was having with a customer and he was very honest letting the customer know the true condition of the vehicle they were getting as well as helping them with all the questions the customer was going Him for me this was very admirable because as customers come in to Buy a vehicle in some dealers the sales preso don’t want to lose a customer , this sales man gave this customer all his attention and more. I didn’t get his name but I know this location must know because I’m sure they all like him.Thank Guys. Love your show rob decorations. And music.

A very pleasant experience. Adam Archambo is probably one of the most knowledgeable people I've met regarding Ford trucks.My first experience buying a vehicle in Phoenix was absolutely terrible so I wasnt excited to start shopping for a new truck. My wife and I pulled on the lot to look at a truck and Adam came out to greet us. After a short conversation Adam said they didnt have what we were looking for on the lot currently but asked for my number so he could share anything he might find. After I gave him my number he kindly said have a great day and he would be in touch.. it wasnt hey come look at this truck or any other pushy sales tactics it was a sincere thanks and I'll let you know if I find anything you might be interested in, that was the first indication to me that we were in a place that was different in a good way. Oddly enough when we were leaving the lot we passed a truck that caught my eye so we called Adam and test drove it. It wasn't anything that we had told him we were looking for but we loved it so we bought it.The entire experience was just so smooth and pleasant. Something I wasn't expecting in Phoenix. Adam' communication and work ethic is second to none.Update- Had a minor issue with the truck , I think the tires needed to be balanced, so reached out to Adam. He put us in contact with the right person in the service department and made sure we were getting things taken care of. Service after the sale, we're very happy.A credit to Bell Ford service department as well. The last dealership the service department was so bad I just quick calling them and went to a local shop because even getting an appointment was a hassle much less the extremely long time it took them to even get the vehicle in the shop to look at it. Bell Ford took care of us. They've earned my repeat business.Thanks Adam & Bell Ford!

Andrew and I went to look last Sunday, get pricing, etc. We'll we end up leaving in an F150. They stayed later, and the service was phenomenal!! Great communications, Zach and David treated us awesome! I'd definitely recommend this dealership! We will be back for sure! 5 star treatment!

I came in this evening to purchase several parts.Todays date is November 3rd, 2023. I all ready had the part numbers and qtys per pack. Carlos, in the parts department at 5-5:30pm. Goes in the back and opens each pack, leaving only one screw/bolt/washer/clips in the pkgs. I called him on it, he says that's how we sell them, 1 screw ect, per pack. I told him that wasn't right, and I showed him on the pack, qty 4. So I pulled it up on the website, showing the qty pack size. He decides to walk away. I asked another gentleman, sitting to the right, when turned around from the parts counter. I asked him for a manager, he stated non where in at that time. I explained to him, what was wrong. I showed him the open packages and how he took the other ones out. I also showed him the qty pack size via the Fords Parts website. By this time, Carlos, decided to come back and says smuggly, what did we decide? I informed him I would be reporting this to his manager. From my understanding Carlos, manager is Danna over the parts department. To be treated that way, was smiply just rude, disrespectful and it gives Ford very bad reputation. Why would Ford approve of Carlos (Florida, bottom of name tag) cheating the customers. Today, was very disheartening. I try to keep all original Ford parts on my car, down to the mfg screws and bolts. It just makes repair easier to have the official parts and screws. No, searching for this size or the other. Fit and finish! Thank you.

I reviewed the service dept back in 2016. They basically told me my car was worthless and I should trade it in. I'm still driving the car! Don't use this business for any service related issues.

My husband and I were on the prowl for a car for my 16 year old daughter. Of course, our main concern was safety and reliability. Joe Corella assisted us in finding the perfect car for her at a price that was fair. He went above and beyond to make sure the car was safe by communicating with the mechanic that it was for a 16 year old and to double check everything. There was an issue with the screen for the back up camera and he made sure this was fixed and done right as this was important for my piece of mind. He communicated with me updates on progress and worked to make sure the car was perfect for my daughter when it was finally ready to go home. All the staff that were there were very kind and helpful! If you are in the market for a used or new vehicle, I would highly recommend Bell Ford!

I am happy to report that I just bought a new Escape from Bell Ford, and was highly satisfied with Adam and Zach! It was a very good experience, and also, got to visit, and get to know them pretty well at my visit. They took very good care of me and was in and out of there pretty fast!

Bought a sick mustang from this place off of Rob Deaver aka Bobby Dollars! This guy is the best! He was fair in every single way. Also shout out to the finance guy Zach. He was very informative when it came to paper work and warranty information. One more shout out to Harley for approving the deal that I wanted. All and all my experience here was a very good one and I would highly recommend.

100% NEVER in my life have I been treated so incredibly disrespectfully as I have dealing with Adam. You can tell he absolutely hates his job and hates dealing with people. I have been bringing my car here and dealing with him not wanting to find out any answers for me regarding my warranty. He has said he would try to get me a car to get me through the week since my car will be there for 7 days JUST to diagnose it. He doesn't want to find ANYTHING out due to laziness.Shame on you Bell Ford for hiring horrible, lazy, disrespectful people to deal with customers. He actually told me he would refuse my service after I wanted to speak to his manager. This is the absolute worse I've ever been treated. No one should ever have to go here. And DO NOT buy a car here! They will promise you a car anytime you have an issue then refuse you.

I walked in just looking, wasn't even sure what Mfgr brand I wanted, simply started cruising here. Kyle was the salesman out front, super nice, not pushy or smarmy. I set low expectations with him upfront and he was OK with that. I test drive one, it was nice but I wasn't in love. As we were leaving, my son noticed one he thought I'd like and it was less expensive than he expected. Bottom line, I walked out with a new vehicle, which I LOVE. Most everyone who works there has been with the Co 10 to 30+ yrs. Super helpful, no silly games, no high pressure nonsense, answered my every question. It was exceedingly and surprisingly painless and positive. 5 Stars for sure!
