We had an AMAZING experience with Clifford Washington at Bell Toyota in Phoenix! He was professional, super friendly, and not pushy at all—which made the whole process so much better. Clifford was incredibly easy to talk to, very kind, and extremely knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable from start to finish and truly cared about helping us find the right vehicle. The entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and honestly one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve had. We can’t recommend Clifford enough!

Came here on a whim after finding a one off listing for a used car I’d been looking for. Worked with Daniel on exploring options and test driving. He was an awesome partner through this process, very patient and super helpful in walking me through everything!! Great overall experience here.

I was scammed by this dealership. I bought a 2022 car. They told me my car had a gap issue and only gave me a warranty I didn't ask for that cost $3,500, instead of the gap issue, which only cost $1,000. In short, all these years I thought it had a gap issue until I had the accident. When I called them, they said they couldn't do anything. I don't recommend them; they do terrible work! I'm not giving zero stars because there's no option! What a disappointment!

I’ve been scheduled for appointments twice now for recalls and both times I’ve gone they did not have the part available. So I drove all the way over there. Had somebody come with me in their vehicle to wait and then was told that that part wasn’t there so the other person and me both left. I can understand not having the part, but don’t schedule me unless it’s there or if you do schedule me, make sure it’s there when I’m there. Also, I go in for the recommended oil changes and before the 25,000 mile mark, I was told that it needed it however because the recall part wasn’t in, I didn’t stay, and Was never told that the part came in again. I then called again to reschedule because the recall notice came in the mail, I was gonna do the oil change at that time, mind you this was only about a month or two later, and now I have to pay for the oil change and then the part wasn’t there again. So I left. Also, $109 for an oil change is ridiculous. I’m actually quite disappointed with this dealership. I won’t be shopping here again, and I won’t be coming here for a recall or service unless I have to.

I don't normally leave reviews when my experiences are average, I will definitely do it if it was negative or above average. In this case it was well above expectations and certainly deserves my time sharing my experience.
With that said I recently visited Right Toyota to kill some time and look at the new style Toyota Tacoma's I had the pleasure of dealing with Allison Howell who took the time to show me the truck, I did mention I wasn't in the market to purchase anything and it would be at least a year until I would be. She probably spent close to an hour with me showing me new and used Trucks. She definitely got a feel for my style and left it at that.
The following day Allison gave me a call and asked me to come back to look at a truck she felt suited me. I promised to stop and by and she had my dream truck ready for a test drive. It was soon after that she introduced me to Steve Pawlak the finance manager, he also went out of his way getting me into a financing option that met my goals.
The next thing I know I'm driving my dream truck home feeling pretty good about the less then 2 hours total time at the dealership and enjoying every minute of it.

We purchased a 26 Corolla but bad expirience with sales manager Josh Salazar. The red head is a good sales guy but he straight out lies to you and you will be given the surprise at the final step in financing. Be very careful even if he puts it in writing, he will pull a fast one.The man gets sales by lying, misrepresenting and deceiving the customer. Go to any other Toyota dealer in Phx. They all have the same prices, save yourselves being lied to by Jonathan.

I pass by to for a 2022 Toyota Corolla APEX from there website, on arrival Jorge welcomed my family and proceed talk about the vehicle and show the technology, safety and security. Test drove the car and began to talked numbers. Being my first time at Bell Road Toyota Jorge Cortez got straight to the point and simple with the deal. Very professional and respectful towards my family.

Make an appointment for the first thing in the morning for them to tell you they might be able to look at in 3 to 5 hours. Allen will look at you like your special needs for having an appointment and thinking that means you can get your car at least looked at within a hour.
