I booked a moving with Bellhop on 2/24. They initially caimed the movers will be here by 9 am. Then they called to scheduled it for 2-3 pm window. Then when i called the crew said they cannot make it before 5:30 pm. It is 6:20 pm and still they are not here. Very third-rate moving company. Do not hire them.

How do these people get 4 stars? READ ALL REVIEWS!!! most reviews are 4 and 5 years old!
I had an extremely disappointing experience with the movers at Bellhop movers. Not only were they unprofessional and inefficient, but they also caused damage to my home and furniture and were 3 hours late.!. They joked around, banged into the walls, and even took a gouge out of my floor. My sister-in-law had to intervene to get them to even finish. THEY RUINED MY FAVORITE PIECE OF FURNITURE and dont reply to emails or phone calls! I would not recommend this service to anyone and will be looking for more responsible movers in the future.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Bellhop loading crew showed up exactly on time on moving day but could not locate box truck driver, waited an hour for status, called Bellhop several times but no truck to be found. No ETA for truck available, subsequently AN HOUR LATER Bellhop cancelled leaving us to make other arrangements ON MOVING DAY. Bellhop managed to make a stressful day immeasurably MORE STRESSFUL. I would not recommend Bellhop as it appears Bellhop has no contingency plan in the event that a truck driver fails to report. Their MOVE DAY CANCELLATION caused us enormous stress and additional expense. AVOID THEM.

Do NOT USE THIS PHOENIX COMPANY. They clearly over booked our move. Movers showed up at 2, but no truck. 3:20 the lead tells me that he’s leaving and we have to reschedule. Dealing with customer service multiple times for an hour. Told there will be movers and a truck between 5-6. 5 pm rolls around, truck driver is there, but no movers. 6 pm rolls around and the movers are there but no truck driver. 6:30 customer service calls me saying they are canceling my move because the movers already left and we have to reschedule. Craziest part is the movers were standing in front of me waiting for the truck. 6:45 pm they start moving our stuff and I have already heard them complain earlier that we had too much stuff. Too much stuff for movers working at a moving company, okay. At 9:20 pm, they told me that they hit their max 4-5 hours and they have to be done. 6:45 pm-9:20 pm does not add up to 4-5 hours but okay. Broke my coffee table and multiple boxes were slammed around in our garage. Used y’all 3 times and NEVER will use again. Also they think that 15% off is ENOUGH to cover the stress and crap we went through. 15% off really?? For such bad service I think we deserve more. Never use theme!!

Booked appointment in advance. Canceled on me the day of my move at 5 pm when there office closed after stringing me along all day saying there were just running late. They said they could now do the move a week later which was a week past my move out date and I would have incurred thousands of dollars in fees. Stay far away

Online reservation was easy, but no where to apply the code I was given by my property management company. On the day of the original move, the truck and one guy showed up then left 38 minutes later, got a phone call that they were attempting to find a replacement person as someone couldn't show up due to their car being impounded and rescheduled me 4 days later almost jeopardizing my lease. Aubrey CH was my initial contact over the phone, told me she would call me at 6 pm after the second move attempt. She never followed up and was not very professional. Michael and Wylie made it the best they could, I would give them 5 stars. But overall a inadequate managed company with poor quality communication.

Terrible moving service. Unprofessional and unreliable. They will call you 5 minutes before your reservation time to say their truck broke down. Gave us multiple excuses and time changes onlyto eventually say they’re not coming (no reason given) and try to reschedule us later in the week. We canceled the reservation.In response to businesses reply: You’re right, your next available of 4 days later did not work for me and you made NO offer of a discount. And it’s clearly not rare for you to not fulfill your reservations based on your other google reviews. Stop lying on your business listing. Do better

The employees who actually do the work were good - movers drivers customer support sales
However, bellhop suffers from terrible management - i rate 1/5 stars for effectiveness and 0/5 for professionalism and responsiveness to customers.
bellhop alerted me that the truck would was delayed for 3 hours at the last minute (3 hrs before my scheduled move)
i let the know that the freight elevator was not available 3 hours later
they then let me know the move could be postponed to the next day, but only at 8 am
i had work the next day, and moving was not technically allowed until 10 am by my apartment management, so i asked for an afternoon move the following day
bellhop then let me know, that the truck would not be available for an afternoon move
i asked them to clarify why, since if my stuff was picked up at 8 am, the truck would be moving my stuff in the afternoon anyways, so how is it possible that i can't postpone my move to the afternoon
i asked the customer support staff to put me in touch of the "truck manager," who never got in touch with me
i then called customer support again, and left another message to have someone reach out to me so i could understand why they couldn't offer me an afternoon pick up, but again did not receive a call back
i even left the same message with the sales team, as this was the second time i was using bellhop (and definitely the last time) and i had talked to the same person both times, to please have someone reach out to me, and never received a call back
ultimately i missed work the next day, and movers - who were of course not informed of the delay in my move - had to work around a garbage truck that comes to the loading dock in the early morning using a regular elevator, as the freight elevator was not available before 10 am by building management
overall, all i can say about bellhop was that the move happened - but i wish i hadn't paid the exorbitant bill they charge, particularly given their lack of professionalism and my level of stress during the move, i should have just moved my stuff myself for a third of the price.

I must say, this is an A+ moving company! Easy, friendly, and swift. Showed up early and had all the right equipment. They did more than I expected in the short hour and a half. It was more than 100 degrees out and the two guys busted @ss. I don't plan on moving for quite some time, but if I do, I'm calling Bellhops. Not to mention how kind they are to seniors, this company really gives back! Thanks, Bellhops, keep up the good reputation!

Arturo & Stephen were extremely professional, efficient, and honestly the hardest workers I have yet to see. They preformed the move in a timely manner and made sure everything was completely protected. Hands down would recommend Stephen & Arturo to anyone. Extremely disappointed after my service about one thing after googling bellhop and exploring their workers incentive: their pay isn’t what I expected at all, definitely thought they would get at least half of the move cost- which they should . These two definitely deserve more! Thank you for all your hard work, it’s much appreciated!

Movers were decent, could have definitely been quicker & they also WAY overcharged me. We even bought them lunch & they charged me for the time they took to eat!!!! Never ever again.

DO NOT USE BELLHOP! There is no way I would recommend anyone to use this service. I will be reaching out to the Redfin agent that suggested them to us and im sure they will no longer refer them either. But here is what went down.We scheduled this company for our move a month in advanced, everything was going smooth, decent communication, an app to see who would be moving you.. ect. Everything broke down day of move.We woke up early, finished some last minute things and then went and got one of those jugs of coffee from Starbucks for the movers. While sitting in SB waiting for the coffee, 20 minutes before our move was scheduled... We get a call saying the moving truck had gotten a flat tire and we would have to change our move to 3 days later. Obviously raised a stink as it surely does not take 3 days to change a tire. So we head back to our place to regroup. We get there and to our suprise the moving truck is sitting just outside our gate waiting for us.We then call the company letting them know that the moving truck was at our place, while on the phone 2 of the movers showed up as well. The company had 0 clue what was going on the entire time. They gave us multiple reasons why the move could not happen that day, clearly lying about the reasons since the moving truck showed up with no flat tire and 2 of the 3 movers were there too.They found a replacement to come in for the guy that called out, but he was only there for 2/5 hours of our move and they charged us for him being there the whole time. I ended up moving items with the crew the whole time since we were down a person. If I wouldn't have done that, the move would have taken significantly longer and we would have paid even more.Terrible communication and service overall.

Avoid this company! Book with All My Sons for a much better experience at the same price!! I would not recommend this company to anyone. I booked a Sunday move, which I was surprised but grateful to see was available, as that worked best for my schedule. The team reached out the day prior, requesting photos of my belongings, confirming I would see them at 8:00 the next morning. 8:00 came and went, 9:00... so I called and the mover let me know the truck didn't show up so they couldn't complete the move and would need to come back in the afternoon. Bellhop support was no help, and asked me to relay messages to the movers and used me as the middle man in their communication to the movers. Not sure why they couldn't call them themselves. I got a call before noon that the move would be completed on Wednesday, three days later. Obviously that wouldn't work for me and I had to scramble at the last minute to find new movers on a Sunday. All My Sons movers went out of their way to find a team in the valley that could complete my move at the last minute and saved the day! Avoid this company if you actually want to have movers that show up.

Michael and Chris were perfect for our move. Very professional and skilled at loading and unloading. Hard workers are difficult to find. These guys were that and more. Two thumbs up.
