The worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. I made an original appointment and brought everything I thought I needed, mind you when I made the appointment no one told me exactly what to bring. They said they couldn't print out the items I email to them so I needed to make a second appointment. I showed up to the 2nd appointment with everything they said they needed and they had me wait 30 minutes in the lobby. Once I got to the back and spoke with the woman (unsure of her name) She quickly went through all of my information and wrote down on a sticky note what I owed with very little explanation. When I questioned it she had no answers for me. And then told me there would be a $50 fee for the estimate, which over the course of 2 scheduled appointments and about an hour in the office no one ever gave me a fee schedule or told me of any of the fees other than the filing fees. She said I could have my documents back once I paid the $50, I obliged and left feeling very disappointed and like my business was not wanted at all. Before going.. I gave their info to a friend.. she unfortunately had the exact same experience during her appointment. I will not be going back or referring any of my contacts to them.

Arminda has been helping me with my tax returns for years! I love going to her because she takes the time to understand me and my needs. When I started my own business I had a million and one questions and she was extremely patient and helpful. one of the best experiences i have had when doing taxes. they gave me the option to have a tax specialist come to me via the Mobile tax preparation service and answered all my questions as last year was my first time using the long form. highly recommend their services.
