Terrible selection, even worse customer service from Kenya(name on receipt). Even when you contact corporate the managers don't provide a call back to remedy situations and you just get a loop of repetitive prewritten template emails. This store clearly does not care about customer care.

This location is so hit or miss. I've been in many times and only once did I experience good customer service. This last visit I spent over 20 minutes in the store. It wasnt busy at all and not one person greeted me or asked if I needed help. The cashier, Kenya, wasn't very friendly and actually came off snarky and annoyed. No goodbye, thank you or have a good day. Sephora may be pricier, but their staff is so helpful and friendly.

I came in to look for a really good foundation for my type of skin a worker noticed I was looking around and asked if I needed help I asked her for recommendations and she was very friendly and helpful. She even helped me color match I’m really happy with my purchase. Thank you Abriana I believe was her name.

today i got my hair done in the salon by lucie and she SLAYED! 10/10 recommend this salon :) everyone was so sweet! my hair looks great :) and it was a good price 😀 what more could ya ask for?????

A huge thanks to Nico for making me feel absolutely gorgeous! I’ve never walked out of a salon so happy. She took the time to educate me and make my hair goals come true without compromising the integrity of my hair. She was so knowledgeable and made sure to show me some products before I left to keep my hair healthy. I appreciate her taking the time out of her day to get me in on such short notice. I cannot wait to see her again! 🤍🤍🤍

I had a service done by Melissa Kennedy.. she was very kind and knowledgeable.. very professional and I love my hair color after the service she gave me exactly what I want .. and suggested the best products for my hair.. 10/10 .. thank you Melissa ♥️♥️

I booked a hair color appointment 3.5 weeks out and the day of the appointment I received a call from the stylist's (Nicki Harth-Happy Valley Ulta) assistant, Zach, 2.5 hours prior to come in an hour early or we'd have to reschedule. I wasn't able to and was told if I got there before 3 Nicki Harth could still keep the appointment. Unfortunately, with the I-17 southbound weekend construction and my leaving an hour early for the 20 minute drive, I arrived 5 minutes late was told by Nicki Harth she'd need to reschedule when she had time. She did not even bother to take care of rescheduling when I arrived. I had a feeling it wasn't going to happen with all the calls, texts and emails. Thankfully, I made a backup appointment with a stylist at another salon not associated with ULTA. Funny as when I arrived, the entire salon was standing around chatting at the counter. Not one customer. I guess they decided to not work with the rest of the day. Bad business!

Melissa Kennedy did an excellent job on my hair. I love the way she treated me and the way I was treated by the staff at this location unlike the location on Camelback Colonade, where they treated me like I was subhuman.

Katlyn did a great job with my 1st lamination services on my brows. I was completely scared because I have never done such a thing . But Katlyn was wonderful an walked me through the whole process an gave me some peace of mind that I am going to love my brows after this services . An Katlyn did a really great job in proving that to me. I am impressed with the results of my brow lamination an love my new brows . I will begin to continue to still see her for my brows to get laminated because my brows just look on point an I wish I would’ve have done this a long time ago..
