They sell lemon cars at all 3 of their locations. Please get a car fax of the vehicle you would like to purchase, and please check under the hood when looking at their vehicles. Better yet do not buy a car from them. Btw they are rude, just look at how they respond to other reviews when they get accused of selling lemon cars.

Car i got was a lemon and constantly broke down finally let them repo it but I've been asking for months for my property back
The car was repo because I didnt want it. The car never ran more than 1 month at a time so don't be sorry for the repo be sorry for the lemon you sold and the fact that you won't give me my property back out of it

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Best Buy's automotive equipment. The products I purchased were of poor quality and did not meet my expectations. The installation service was subpar, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping with my concerns. Overall, I feel like I wasted my money and time. I would not recommend Best Buy for any automotive needs.

We were told one day that our application was approved, we just had to come up with a little more of the down payment! My family is struggling RN and this car lot got our hopes up! Application Approved and appointment set. We spent all day filled with excitement and were eager to spend money on UBER one last time. We were a couple blocks and 8 minutes away from our scheduled appointment time only to have some lady call us and tell us “oh sorry we didn’t approve your application”. I’m beyond let down. I just spent $60 on a round trip in a uber bc these ppl can’t communicate properly!!! It’s not right to play with people’s emotions like this! Especially during the holidays!

Sold us a lemon after not even 2 weeks of having the car (2007 ford explorer) it had broken down we went back because they had a 2 week warranty policy that said they’ll fix it if I broke down it got “fixed” and not even 2 months later the car left me and my girlfriend stranded in the middle of the highway. go somewhere else.
Replying to “JED” first, we still have it. If you want to take it, come get it . You guys didn’t tow it to shop i got it there myself, your shop was going to charge me 100 dollars. We had it for 7 days the car broke down and “you replaced the part” your shop covered the leak with glue. Then 1 1/2 month later the car is down. Again and we got it Oct of 2023 not a whole year. It sitting as a house decor in cali. Make the trip like we did. Go to CarMax or an actual dealership, not a sell as is place.
