If I could give 0 I would. Came back a few weeks ago on a tv I bought bck in June , was told lg would fix it however they claim since it open box they can’t. I wa promised by store manager I would be able to exchange it if I came back, been wasting my time coming back and hours waiting for him only to tell me he can’t change it . Now I have a product I can’t enjoy and after being promised an exchange and I’ll pay the difference they go back on it. I would not recommend buying from here and I won’t buy from here again.

Do not purchase anything at the brick and mortar store that you can not take with you. I purchased two bikes that were supposed to be shipped. They sent one to an address that is not in the town where I live. I'm not sure where they got that address, and I never received the other. The gave me one refund and told me to contact the local police department for the other. I guess they expect Phoenix police to go to wherever they shipped the other bike and find it. I can not beleive such issues over common sense.

Let me stand there for 15 to 20 only to tell me I should have made an appointment and it will be much longer wait for service. Makes me wonder why I pay for the additional coverage if I'm just going to be turned away when I need something fixed. I'll be looking for a different than location at the very least.

Came inside the store me and y girlfriend spent over $2000 on an open box 100 inch TV, they gave us a delivery date, called less than an hour before delivery stating it can't be delivered because of "inventory" but the item was open box in store.....now I've been getting the run around about canceling my order and getting my money back.

We had a few questions about TVs and no one was around to offer help. When we walked to the front of the store for help, we asked one gentleman and he was seemingly uninterested and said he’d send someone (this was a shorter gentlemen during the night shift on a Monday). Finally, we were approached and we asked to turn on one of the TVs we specifically came for that was on display but wasn’t on, and he said the Samsung guy would have to come and it’d be time consuming to set up and SIMPLY turn on. He almost walked away but we still had a few questions. He was in a tan beanie. Everyone was so disinterested and not helpful at all. The customer service here sucks. I would advise to go to the chandler fashion center one since they have WAY better service.
