Prices don't seem great for items that have been opened and might have issues.

Bought an open box laptop, had no box, or charger. The laptop itself had so much hair over it, as well as stains, idk from what. Also the screen was defective, the left side had some kind of screen burn, also a deep scratch that was indented. I drove an hour just so I could return it after opening it in the car.

Workers were super helpful. They won’t tie down your stuff in your truck. Fair prices for open box and ding and dent.

Me and my bf went to this location to buy an ASUS vivobook laptop "open boxed"(really in a brown generic cardboard box with handle) which i thought was a bargain for such a nice laptop. Only negative is waiting on someone with the cage-unlock key to open the locker up and grab the laptop for you because of organized retail theft animals. I think the keys to unlock the cages should be carried on everyone who works there, as well as better communication between employees so we won't wait as long, as well as employee call buttons for immediate assistance like target has. I understand if they were going through some issues if they just reopened as an outlet as I remember this place being a full best buy store years ago.

Came in to a buy a TV. There where two of the same TVs that I wanted but one was in a 3rd party box that was much larger than the TVs actual size so I asked to switch boxes so it would fit in my car. They said they are not allowed to open the boxes but could bubble wrap the TV for me and take it out of the box? (Doesn’t this involve opening the box?) so they open the box and the TV ended up being a size smaller than the one advertised, no power cables, no TV stand. Remind you this TV said “Excellent condition” with no comments about missing these important pieces. Thank god I had them open the box before purchasing. Don’t buy from these scammers. Not to mention the discount for being an open box was nothing to write home about.

Unless you look ahead on their website and look at inventory or know every product out there going there is pointless. Went for a laptop every one in a box and not the manufacturer box with pretty photos. Then all those boxes in locked metal cages so you can not even try to read the box.

There is not a lot of variety of things

Not sure what I expected but it's like a warehouse with returned or samples of appliances and electronics. Many fully boxed open box (but sealed)items available, with many being the same item but different prices with no comment on the stickers. Just hard to see why people would ship there. Plenty of parking though

They sold me an item already "sold" to someone else, do not trust this store on keeping your item. Photo clearly shows that the item was bought and intended for pick up by me. They ignored my email and canceled my order regardless. This is unacceptable I drove an hour and bought it in person but could not take home same day so I asked to hold it, and they sell it to someone else with no proof of transaction proving that it was bought before I.

Great selection and prices. Need more staff and a better computer system though. The Geek Squad staff member was very good!

This place is okay. They don’t include anything like delivery, haul away, installation and additional warranty. Those are all separate with each averaging about $100. Once those items are added, when compare to Sam’s Club or Costco that may include Delivery and installation, their prices don’t seem that competitive for items that are used/open box!Found a similar LG Washer and Dryer for $1500 on sale at Costco but that includes Delivery, Haul away, Installation and 2nd year warranty.I would suggest comparing sales for new items before buying this. If you can do your own pickup and install, it’s worth it.

Not worth the trip. Everything small: LOCKED IN CAGES ? and most WITHOUT VISIBLE PRICES ? sooo annoying.? Prices: only SLIGHTLY discounted. Couldn’t find anything worth buying. Most items were like $30 off ? yippeeee. You’re not gonna find a super-saving gem here I’m sad to say.Items: Inventory is mostly large appliances, and lots of tvs.Decent selection of medium electronics but again, you’re not saving much.PRO NOTE: the 5 ⭐️ rating on this store is cause they kept the original Best Buy page & just converted it to the Outlet page, so nearly all photos and reviews are not for the current OUTLET store *****

This place has been the worst experience in buying appliances. They were supposed to be delivered on Monday between 7 and 11 AM. At 3 o'clock, I had to make 3 calls and spent over 3 hours on the phone trying to find out if they were being delivered or not. The next day, I had to call back again. And were told that there was a little damage and they were pulled off the delivery truck. Without my knowledge, and nobody called me. And I still don't know when they're going to be delivered.

We went to buy a monitor to attach to a laptop docking station. We had very specific requirements and had found the one we needed online. Unfortunately, we missed that the low price was for a limited time and we were past the deadline. However, we were so lucky to work with Collin, who said, "Would you like me to find you something comparable?" We said yes and he found us an even better deal. $77 for a monitor that normally sells for $300! We are thrilled! A big shout-out and thanks to Collin!
