I love their rooms and location. Nice big pillows on the bed. Not a long wait for hot water in the shower.

Not a great place to stay and I was charged a surprise $60 for parking. I called to dispute it and was told their staff are trained to tell us about this charge despite my not being told about it.

Pamela at the front desk was very very helpful. The staff were nice. The beds were comfortable. They let you pay with Apple Pay. They were better than the other fancy hotels tbh.Jennifer was also super helpful. They were fully booked but kept me on standby in case of a cancellation. Really sweet staff.
